Always super nice employees. Carol down in lumber checked my stuff out for me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Other folks that work there have been very good about things too.

Excellent customer service from entry to exit! I was greeted several times and asked if I needed assistance. Kara greeted us as we walked in and while walking through out the store Tyler & CeCe assisted and made sure we had what was needed. There was a gentleman in paint and one in tools that also acknowledged and asked if I needed help. Love this especially now when it seems that other big box stores have forsaken the basic customer service rule…. Speak and acknowledge! Love it here!!

I love the self checkouts. Don’t have to wait in a long line. Shane waited on us and he is very professional and nice and there to help all customers and always smiling and very friendly. I love Lowe’s in Ardmore.

If I could be assured that Jennifer in appliances was there everyday, then I would never go anywhere else. I sure hope Lowe's is paying her enough to stay. She is phenomenal!!!

Lowes is a little pricey but what isn't? It's nice to find what I need amongst a towering wall of door knobs and ball cocks... nice and clean. Friendly staff

Lowes has a good variety of various home improvement items and I have not had any problems with the store

I can't say enough good things about this place in Ardmore Oklahoma. Plenty of workers around to help locate items I needed. Great prices and sales! Needed to return an item, and that was easy and quick. This definitely is a great place to shop for everything you need or want. I've shopped at other Lowe's, and they were good, but this one in Ardmore has them all beat!

I loaned a table out last year and never saw it again. Stopped by Lowe's and found the replacement in stock. Perfect.
All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The aisles were well lit and clean. The store is easy to navigate.

Always able to get what I need and everyone is helpful especially if you can find someone lol. But April was especially super nice and helpful thanks April. Just got everything for the patio I'm making

We need to get some electrical outlet covers the attendance at the cash register gave my dog like five treats I sat there patiently waiting while he ate them it was so nice of their customers to to be able to bring their dogs in and have treats how nice is that? you go Lowe's ❣

A little hard to find what I was looking for and 1 employee was clueless but once got past that I was able to get everything at once that I needed!!

I was in Saturday Jan. 8th to buy a new refrigerator and everyone I dealt with were as nice and helpful as any place I have ever shopped. From customer service to appliance dept. to the cashier who helped me check out . They all made me feel special. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you so much.

It's lowes, another necessary evil of life. I tried to buy a washer locally but none of the local shops could match the deal lowes had. Good for me, bad for family owned local businesses.

Great selection for improvement or just fixing of a home. Great yard selection of plants, equipment, and tools. Great selection of paint. Dewalt tools are the best
