Castillo Family Dentistry

This was my first time going to Castillo and all can say is wow! Everyone there is so kind and friendly! Castillo himself is very laid back and explains everything in a way you can understand. 5 stars don’t even do this place justice.

Unbelievable service. Staff was very friendly and the office was super clean. Dr Castillo is very professional and funny. Great since of humor and speaks to you and not at you. I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs.

Great experience during my first visit at Castillo Family Dentistry. I was seen right on time. Had an initial assessment, X-rays and dental exam by Dr. Castillo and Q&A time which I really appreciated. I liked his plan for repairing my chipped tooth and recommendations for night-time teeth guard. My comprehensive initial visit was completed within my scheduled appointment time - all with an empathetic, personalized, caring and non-hurried approach. Front desk staff from check-in to scheduling next appointments were very efficient, pleasant and jovial to top it off which you don’t see as much these days.
Very impressed and highly recommend.

The office and staff is remarkable. No waiting, friendly and efficient. I trust the doctor in doing the best job that can be done with trying to save me money when possible. He explained what needed to be done and why. Has good humor and compassion. I give them a excellent rating.

Dr. Hlavenka is the absolute best dentist! She is so kind and made me feel comfortable. I 100% recommend her! Abby did an incredible job cleaning my teeth. The entire staff is welcoming and made my experience!

Dr. Castillo is always thorough and takes time to answer questions ans concerns. He has a great bedside manner that puts nervous patients at ease.

The one and only, the best in the dental profession Eric Castillo . He is the sweetest, kindest thoughtful and caring dentist I’ve ever met. He cares about his patients. All the staff in his office are so loving and caring. I wouldn’t change for the world. I love these wonderful people.

Staff was very polite. They were able to get me right back for my appointment. The waiting room is comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone is so nice they always make you feel very comfortable and they make me feel like they actually care about me. I needed lots of dental work so they set down with me to figure out the best plan to make me feel and look my very best.

One of the best dentist experiences I have had in my life. Front desk was nice and everything was quick and easy paperwork wise before I arrived. The Dental Hygienist Sharyle really helped me improve on my flossing and helped me identify what my teeth and gums needed. She took time and did not seem bothered at all in explaining and helping me. The dentist I saw was just as amazing. Dr. Hlavenka explained to me as well what we were doing and did not seemed bothered by my questions either. Thank you both so much for one of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time!!!
