Mercy Clinic OB/GYN - Ardmore Suite 201

I had an appointment last week and I've had to contact them three times since then. After waiting a couple of days I had to call the first time to see when they were going to fax my prescriptions. The second time was because they forgot one of my prescriptions. And the third time was because they only faxed one month's worth when it was supposed to be for 12 months. It took me 6 months of waiting to get this appointment for an annual exam, only to get faxed one months worth of birth control. I've been coming to Melton for 17 years now. I've followed them from location to location. Seeing both him and Carly. They're both great doctors. But there seems to be a lack of communication at this office. On the phone I tried explaining to Brittany what Carly said about having a 12 month supply of BC but she insisted it was only for ONE month. When it was told to me (and has always been a years worth). When I asked her if there was a way I could talk to Carly, she got rude and said no. I shouldn't have to call every month to have another month's worth faxed. Especially when it should have been faxed right the first time. My 4 stars are because the doctors are great. But all the mess ups with my prescriptions has definitely made this experience a negative one.

To start this off this my drs and nurses have been incredible but the front office staff lady Pamela is horrible so I had my ultrasound and blood work on the 19th right so I called them 11 days after my results had come back because I never received a call from them to go forward in the next step of this process and they say ok we will call you back flash forward to today 14 days since my results have been back and I call them again saying hey why haven't I been called yet so we can move forward with getting me on medication for fertility and get our "diagnosis" and Pamela strait up says " okay so what do you want me to do ?" Excuse you? I want you to do your job and get the dr to call us so we can set up our next appointment to get fertility medication and then she says " well you know your insurance doesn't cover fertility medication right " Im well aware I didn't ask about my insurance we have money in savings just for this I didn't call you to ask what our insurance covers I called to ask the dr to do what we are paying them to do and I still have not received a call back after waiting for two weeks
