Boomarang Diner

A friend and I went to catch a late dinner, and nothing else was open.
I will say this place was a great find. I love all the old Hollywood photo shots, and the theme is decorated well. It's nice to find a place that you can leave in a better mood than we came in. The food was great. The waitress there, her name was Faith. She kept a wonderful smile on her face and so upbeat. Great service. She made us smile. That meant a lot to us. The dessert choices were great. We had fried peach pie ala mode, and it was wonderful. I will definitely come here again. Thank you, Faith! Keep up the good work!!!

Fried mushrooms were hand breaded, chicken fried steak sandwich was MASSIVE and delicious, the frito chili pie supreme was fresh and tasty. The cherry fried pie was a slight miss as it was the last one in the display, and it was late in the day.
The service was wonderful, and the diner was clean. Highly recommend!

This place was great! I had the chicken strip sandwich, the chicken would fall out of it but it was still very good. My boyfriend had the chili cheese dogs with tots and he said they were deliciously tasty. Along with the food we also got the boom-a-yays which were delicious little white powdered sugar donuts that tasted just like a funnel cake!

When we went to the register to go pay we were told someone in the restaurant was kind enough to pay for our food so if your reading this anonymous kind person thank you!!

Like I said in my last post I love true old fashioned diners. I stopped in the Boomerang Diner and had probably the best chicken fried steak I have EVER had. I was talked into the fried mushrooms and until you try these, don’t tell people you don’t like fried mushrooms. Calories. Yeah. Worth it? Yeah. Come the the Boomerang? Yeah…for sure! And service, the friendliest!

Very good chicken fried steak and the best customer service. Everyone greets you with a smile and as a team, everyone makes sure you don't lack anything while enjoy your meal. Thank you much. It's a must while in Ardmore

We are from Missouri was here for a death in family. Was really hungry and was told was a good place, good was not the word should have been fantastic. The food, service and everything . We have never been treated or greated with the kindness and enthusiasm that we were here. Food was fabulous and the Campfire deep fried pie was out of this world. If ever I return again I will be back.

My wife and I stopped here enroute to a local B&B.
Upon entrance, we noted that place was very clean; it no only looked clean, it smelled clean.
We ordered burgers; the Mushroom/Caramelized Onion/Swiss Cheese burger for her; the traditional burger with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles and mustard for me. Both burgers can easily be described as the best burgers we've had in a long time. The condiments were fresh, the burger patties were hand-formed, done but juicy. We both ordered Tator Tots for our side; they were crispy on the outside, done but creamy on the inside.
The service was fast, efficient, competent and friendly. When our food was delivered, by someone other than the waitperson that took our order, we were asked if there was anything else needed; the additional items were delivered quickly and with a smile.
This diner is a winner.
We'll be back.

OMG! Where do I start? Not sure what was better, the fish or the service! Best of both, we ate so much fish! And the whole staff was great! Definitely be back!

Julie and Faith are wonderful! They didn’t lead me astray with the fish fry! My new obsession! Definitely gonna come back to see these lovely ladies again and eat some yummy fish and hush puppies (also insanely good!)

What a great place!!! The atmosphere, the people and then there is the food!! What a great combination to make our meal the best that we have had in a long time. Thank you for doing a restaurant the correct way. This is a must stop.

I have eaten at this location multiple times. The food is always wonderful and the service usually is as well.

I didn't know what to expect but this was a cool experience. You walk in seat yourself order and 5-6 mins later you have fresh hot breakfast. I really enjoyed the food. The staff was so nice and friendly.

This place has a great home vibe ! When your in town check this place out and make sure to ask for Stonie, she was wonderful

The only thing better than the people here is the food. Absolutely phenomenal. We will be here every time we are in town.

The rueben was the best tasting corned beef I've ever had. I've had better chucken fried steak, but good. Cool place, great menu.

Not a very big place but this is one of the best breakfasts we have had in a while. Breakfast was very reasonably priced.

The people that work here are awesome. They are all very pleasant and friendly. We have never had a bad experience with them. It is very nice to see that there are still places were people work as a team and are happy. The food is consistent and always good. Thank you so much for being so welcoming upon our arrival to OK.
