Mercy Hospital Ardmore

I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and facilities. It has taken almost three years in Oklahoma to finally find a medical staff who is professional, caring and efficient. Please keep up the good work!

I have had many stays here and every one was great. The doctors are excellent and have great bedside manners. My nurses and nurse aides were fantastic. The food was really good and my room was cleaned very well. I wish I could've had all my surgeries here...Many thanks to the entire staff. Y'all are great!!!

My wife and I just delivered our second baby here and I cannot think of a single thing bad to say. The staff is what I would consider the gold standard of care and professionalism. In my experience with hospitals it always feels as if the person attending to you is rushing to get to the next thing but it truly felt as if they were there for us and it was amazing. They were able to answer all of my questions with significant ease and in a way that was very understandable. My wife and I agreed that shuld we have another baby we will do everything in our power to make sure its happens here.

I would like to take this time to say thank you to the staff at Mercy memorial of Ardmore. I went in I was a little nervous about what was going on with me but they made me feel like they knew what to do and I was going to be ok. I thank God for the wonderful staff. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO MERCY MEMORIAL OF ARDMORE.

Pre op nurse was the best. Maybe it was because she was a infant nurse in Tulsa prior to Ardmore. All the care team was great.

Went in for a lance and the team their treated me like one of their own ty so much Ethan' Ashley and Dr Benson you guys are great at what you do

From the time I walked in the door until I left the building, I was taken care of as every person, including the blue ladies at the front, to the registration lady, to the popcorn man, all the way back to getting my x-Ray. Thank you Mercy for all your caring staff!

I have never had service this good in my life from any other facilities Mercy hospital clinic and physicians nurses and all staff were helpful in all departments I've been part of, or needed to experience

I had test done at mercy in ardmore okla two different days. I was in and out in only about 15 min or less both times. It was awsome , was not even time for my app when I came out. The staff is great so friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else. I give them a 100%. Thank you Mercy.

Had a visit to the ER and everyone was incredibly helpful (nurses and doc alike), as well as received amazing help and care from my community health worker Jace. Highly recommend this hospital and its staff for any of your medical needs!

I was blessed to have the most wonderful care during my Hip Replacement surgery. From Pre-op to day of surgery to discharge!
All staff were extremely respectful, skilled, professional and caring.

Just left the ER in Ardmore. Dr Harold Claver was my Dr. He was awesome. The nurses that took care of me were Makala, and can't remember the guy. They were both wonderful. Got me in and out in 3 hours. What an wonderful experience.

Thank you to all the staff at Mercy Cancer Center. The staff from front to back are always so caring and friendly. I’m glad I chose Mercy Ardmore for my treatments.

Er staff PA Perry was on point. The ER RN nurses Dekota and Autum were professional and great. I was admitted to stepdown the day nurse David was great he even prayed with me. But the night nurse I think her name was Rhonda horrible she dismissed my chest pain I heard her telling the doctor it was clavicle pain and my shoulder was hurting. This was far from the truth my chest hurt from my chest all the way thru my back. After i let her know I was a nurse she got some get right. The patient care tech that work nights was excellent. Kristi Welch was house supervisor and was very nice and it help to see her smiling face!. To the dietary department those lids make the food sweat therefore your food is soggy and wet and smells. I end up eating fruit and salads the whole time. But overall the good outweighed the bad!!!!!

I have not used Mercy Hospital very much in the past. I usually go to the City. But, I need to say the staff I dealt with on 1/11/23 was amazing! From the 3 people in the registration office Brent, Pam and Tamye. (which were all wonderful after I had a snafu with my insurance and my rush CT Scan.) to all the nurses in imaging and especially the preemie nurse that had to helped get my IV in my arm named Tammy. I always hear bad things about this Hospital but they treated me so well and help me so much!!! And I would just like to Thank all of them so very much!!
