The doctor and staff were all absolutely amazing. From the first consultation to surgery to post op care. They were all friendly, welcoming, repeatedly asked if I had any concerns. Truly made me feel comfortable. I had some post op complications due to dry socket and I called the office after hours and Dr Wallace contacted me within 30 minutes to address my concerns and then they met me at the office on Saturday to treat me. They could’ve just made me wait until Monday but they didn’t and I am so appreciative. I 💯 % recommend this practice to anyone needing any sort of oral procedure. They went above and beyond.

All four wisdom teeth were removed yesterday. Aside from some soreness today everything went great. The doctor and nurses were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend for any oral surgery.

I went for extraction of a badly broken tooth. It was feared that it could break during extraction which would have complicated the procedure beyond what a regular dentist would handle. The entire atmosphere in the office is very calm and peaceful, staff was very professional and friendly. The dentist was excellent and the tooth did not break.

A few weeks ago I was out of town on a business trip and was in Southern Oklahoma when I started having some severe dental pain. Unfortunately this was on a Friday and I was worried I would be facing excruciating pain all weekend. However Dr Southerland was gracious enough to stay late on Friday afternoon to fit me into his schedule and get me taken care of. Beautiful facility, friendly staff and they were willing to go above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough.

In 1975, Dr. Ron Graves had just opened his practice in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He was a gift to me at that very moment as he helped diagnose a genetic disorder that required frequent surgeries for a number of years. I was/am grateful that he came on the scene just when I needed his professional expertise. Life, work and other happenings took me away from Ardmore but the memory of impeccable care remains. They pack their schedule so full that leaves no room if running behind. My husband procedure was 2 hrs later. Spent whole weekend in pain. Then squeeze him in for an appointment on Monday and wasn't even taken back till an hour later and they were closed. Then he sat around waiting again

Southerland and the dental techs were nice enough. The doctor recommended all four wisdom teeth be removed. The billing office told me I could not be seen until I pay 2K+ out of pocket first. I explained I didn’t have that sort of money, and was told Care credit wasn’t an option for ME (checked the website and it says they do have it…). The insurance lady upon seeing my emotional distress asked “well is there one that hurts worse than the rest.” Devastated. Shame on me for forgetting that teeth are a luxury. She ruined an otherwise okay experience.
