Great management... there is no pool so don't be decived by the photo they have here on google.

Went through Booking.com and got a reservation for a king size bed. Called the motel the night before to make sure of the reservation and they said yes, but when we got there, we find out they gave our room away and down graded us to a room that had only full size beds. It was very uncomfortable for two oversized people to fit in. When I went to find out why we was moved they didn't have an explanation plus when I made the reservation they had six king-size bedrooms. The air-conditioning was below par and the room was pretty warm all the time. The staff wasn't friendly and the whole trip was uncomfortable because we couldn't sleep will. Plus it cost us the same amount which shouldn't have happen. It was their fault and they should have compensated us for the trouble. We will make other arrangements next time. So my advice is that you need to research for another place to stay.I'm going to.

Don't let the door opening to the outside fool you. 😊 This hotel is very clean and comfortable. After searching in 3 nearby cities, we decided to stay here. But to my surprise, it's much better than my expectations. I recommend this hotel. The bed is really soft and cozy. I uploaded so many pictures so you could see for yourself, it's clean and we'll kept. GREAT JOB to the staff. They were super friendly and courteous. And I'm a real person, making a real assessment of my stay here. And let's not forget how budget friendly the nightly fee was. Amazing. ($65 including tax- More this could change depending on the day and year you book. Just like everything, prices vary.)

It's quiet, CLEAN and inexpensive...very friendly staff. I've stayed twice in the last 3 months for a total of 8 days and never had any issues or concerns. Very conveniently located right off the 35 with plenty of parking, nearby restaurants and a regional park right next door. I won't hesitate to stay there whenever I'm in the area...Is it the Hilton? No. Are you paying Hilton prices? Not even close. To me it is a great value for what you are paying.

Nice and peaceful people that work here are are fairly nice prices are good if you need some Ware to stay for the week.. restaurant and convenient store located right next to hotel

We had a great experience. We actually had just stayed at a high priced hotel the night before and we enjoyed our stay at America's best value inn much better. The rooms were clean, the beds confy, the pool awesome and the breckfast was really good. We loved it!

Clean modern rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast included. Always nervous about staying at this hotel chain as we have had bad experiences in the past but this one was excellent. Super clean!

This is the second time I have stayed there on a business trip. The employees are great and I come back because of the wonderful pillows. I work with a per diem so the extra money in my pocket is great as well.

The room is clean, carpet is clean, courteous staff, good internet connection, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast. I think it's a great motel and would definitely stay again.

This place is great for the price! Hotel room was clean and everything's been updated. It's very quiet for being right off the highway. And the breakfast is way better than expected! They have biscuits and gravy, hot sausage patties, eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls. And cereal, toast and jam, various pastries and muffins, coffe, tea, organge juice. There's also a fridge full of pre-made breakfast sandwiches and burritos that you can microwave. I would stay again!

Older motel. Reminds me of the good old days traveling with my family. Very good staff and nice, clean room. Bed very comfortable. Room was super clean. Pet friendly. Would stay again.

I rated it as good as it gets because I always look for a bargain. I'm only in here to sleep and this place has everything you would expect anywhere (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wifi that connects instantly with a code from the office...and it's fast. Has a desk and an upholstered chair with ottoman with a convenient side table. Plenty of outlets that you don't have to bend over to use. Newer LG HVAC unit) . Best of all...it's clean and doesn't need updating. All for $54 including tax.

Very clean. Great value price wise. Friendly helpful people. Room was very nice. Great breakfast! It was also in an easily accessable area to reach.

Friendly staff. Nice clean pool area. Pool is 8' deep. Maid came in and made the beds and brought fresh towels. A+

I travel all over the country, this is by far the nicest, cleanest, most up to date ABV that I've ran across. Nicer than most higher end hotels I usually stay at, with the low ABV price. Hot breakfast and truck parking.

Check in was fast and easy, the hotel was nicer than I thought it’d be. It wasn’t sketchy in the parking lot, the ac worked good, nice tv. It was clean.

This motel is a great place to stay. If ur looking for a nice quiet place to stay with a swimming pool, and that allows pets, this is definately the place. They also have a great breakfast every morning, and the staff is very friendly
