Holiday Inn Ardmore I-35, an IHG Hotel

The manager, Owen, was super helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A great night's stay .

We got to the hotel at about 8:30pm on a Saturday night and Skyler did a great job getting us and others checked in. We went down for breakfast the next morning at 8:15am and Skyler was at the front desk with a smile and a happy demeanor. I was amazed that she had worked so late the night before and was there so early the next morning-a Sunday morning. Plus she told me with glee that it was her birthday. Then she helped me with IHG food and beverage credit. Employees like this are very rare. The Holiday Inn is very lucky to have staff like Skyler.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. This is a very nice hotel. Thumbs-Up!

We had a previous res at another hotel nearby in Ardmore and when we got there we immediately cancelled. We called over to Holiday Inn and the receptionist was so kind and offered to get us taken care of for a last minute reservation, connected our rewards account and everything. Best customer service we’ve had in a long time and the hotel lobby and room is so clean and smells clean! 10/10 would recommend! We will be back and follow this hotel franchise throughout multiple areas.

Nothing extraordinary in the building or room - although both are perfectly fine, clean, well-lit, and designed reasonably well for travelers; but this Holiday Inn really shines due to its delightful staff members. Jerald was particularly courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Returned for another business trip weeks later and still had a hearty "Hello again!" from him.

Easy to get to. Clean. And coffee was always fresh amd hot in the lobby every morning.

Highly recommend it.

I am beyond pleased with the experience we had at Holiday Inn! The hotel was clean, the staff was truly pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and there was absolutely nothing we could complain about. We've rebooked for this weekend because our stay was so enjoyable.

The hotel is clean and well appointed but I can not say enough good about Patrick. I had a problem with my flight getting canceled and having to come in on a later flight. Not only did Patrick help me with my reservations, but when he heard I was coming in for a wedding, he made sure the room was ready early so I could get ready. He remembered my name from a phone call and recognized me when I walked in the door, extremely personable guy who I genuinely enjoyed having a conversation with. He made my stay worry free.

Awesome front desk staff. Owen was extremely helpful via phone. Nikki and Skylar were helpful on check-in and check out. Rooms are clean and well put together!

This hotel was fantastic. It had everything I want from a hotel while traveling through. The front desk was SO friendly at check in and check out. They wore face masks which is so important to my family. The room was clean and QUIET!!!! It was so relaxing. The room had high ceilings and spacious. Beds were comfortable - the pillows were perfect- they should sell them on the way out. And my kiddo was so excited there was a bath tub which was that extra unexpected bonus of our stay. The room had a big mini fridge I think with a freezer and a microwave keireg..... I'll stay again! It was perfect. Thanks!!!!

Here each year for conference. Hotel attached to Ardmore Conference and convention center. Total indoor experience. Restaurant habitually short staffed causing long waits. Food very good.

Irene at the front desk was awesome!! She took great care of me. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I am a long distance truck driver. I was on layover. I had a great rest! And there are several restaurants around within walking distance.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They had coffee in the room and the room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. The room was very nice and clean. We received vouchers for breakfast to Carter's grill the restaurant there with the hotel. I was so impressed with the friendly atmosphere. They had cookies and coffee in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend staying here at this hotel.

Amazing stay, easy access from I35 with nearby shopping and restaurants, plenty of parking, outdoor pool, small fitness center, mini snack store and event center next door.
The staff here is absolutely wonderful; friendly and welcoming and they deserve recognition. Easy check-in, booked via online with our points and that was the quickest check-in ever. Rooms are roomy, with comfy beds, pillows are labeled soft and firm, microwave and mini fridge, work desk and 2 chairs with foot rest.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a bargain! Very clean, comfortable, quiet. And inexpensive. Staff is small town friendly and accommodating. Rooms are amazingly well insulated. We upgraded to a suite and they gave us a free breakfast in the full service restaurant. Nice!

Great hotel, friendly front desk staff. Very informative and forward thinking. Rare to find people who think ahead and a company that allows them to handle business. I appreciate it and will be staying at Holiday Inn more often now. I've updated my IGH rewards card and will be achieving platinum in a short time. Lastly, I was a Hilton rewards member, but will be staying at Holiday Inn Express locations going forward.

Great very spacious room! Bed was very comfortable, slept well. Nice big glass walking shower. Would definitely stay there again. Did not have the breakfast, didn't come with the room. But we were fine with that. Reasonable prices rooms.
