Walmart Pharmacy

Very grateful a rush was put on for my prescription to get filled in time for my procedure. Thank you to Cameron, the manager. He was very responsive and helpful! Everyone working behind the counter are friendly and courteous.

The people who work here are super nice! If you need your prescription that day they will get it ready as soon as possible! With short wait times and always staying in stock with what my family needs, it's definitely my favorite pharmacy!

The people make this one of the best Pharmacies I've been to. Each and every employee goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you get what you need. They're respectful of your privacy, friendly and will even make sure when you're finished to wish you a good day.

I have used this pharmacy for almost 5 years now. All of the staff are very fast in getting you your medicine, helping you if you have any questions, they are all very easy to talk to as well as being berl professional, everyone is so kind, they are all continuously looking out for your health needs, and they treat you like family. They are the Heart of this pharmacy and so much more!

I don't really understand why you have to wait in line twice, you wait in line forever to pay then you have to wait forever in another like for them to talk to you about your medicine and give it to you... Which i could understand if you asked for information about your medicine but if it's something you take every month, i see no need in having to wait in two lines to have a consultation , the same consultation you have every single month to take your regular daily medicine... It literally takes a half an hour at the last to pick up monthly medicine

Awful.
I tried to use the Walmart app to refill my prescription. The app informs me that I need to go to the store to "verify my identity". I inform the cashier of what I need to do. She takes my information and tells me I'm all set. When I try to log into the app again it tells me that I need to go to the store to "verify my identity".
I've tried three times without success, it's kinda become a quest at this point. I wonder when I'm lying in bed "has anyone successfully verified their identity?"

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with the foreign pharmacy physician on staff 5/3/16. Me & my boyfriend were in a very serious car accident for which we were not at fault. We went to the ER in Madison AL and they gave us 2 Rx. One for pain.. And one for muscle relaxation. All we wanted to get filled was the muscle relaxers.. We do not take narcotics and since we live in Fayetteville we decided to use this pharmacy . The pharmacist was so unbelievably rude to me and treated me like I was some common druggie. Stated they cannot fill one rx and not the other. Maybe i could understand if it was just the pain meds i wanted filled but that was not the case. I did NOT want the pain meds!!! And then he just hung up on me.. That's it. What kind of professional pharmacist does this? I have worked in the healthcare field since 2008 and would never treat ANYONE this way.. Druggies or not! I am so unbelievably upset & outraged to be treated this way. This Walmart needs to do some serious reevaluations of the people they hire and that advertise their name. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will NOT be back!

Worst most careless service ever. You have to wait in 3 different lines. What's the point in calling ahead? Slow slow slow! Walgreens is WAY better!

Absolute garbage customer service. if I could give negative stars I would. and 'policies' that apparently no other Wal-Mart pharmacy has but them 😂 but hey this is Fayetteville.
