Cookson Hills Electric Co-Op Inc

Cookson Hills has added internet services, and although we don't have it installed yet, as they are very busy starting everyone, they have been absolutely wonderful about getting it set up, making sure everything is done right, and answering questions. Super excited about it being installed and being able to use it.

At the present time we have had no trouble at all with Cookson Hills Electric. We have lived here for 7+ years in which time the power has gone off maybe 5-6 times. With the exception of one occurance the power has always been restored very quickly. The one time it was not, about one-half the state had lost poweer due to an ice storm. Even then, we were told it would probably take days to restore, but we got back on after little more than a day. Nothing but praise for these guys and gals.

i can safely say that not only is your internet service great , the staff that installed it was very professional ,helpful, and did a great job on the inside as well as the outside. i have been a member for years and i have yet to have a problem that was not taken care of in a very timely manner. unlike other utility companys i wont mention any names i have been late a few times even after the cut off notice and not been shut off even though it was totally my fault for being late but there is times it
just cant be helped and for that i truly do appreciate it... what few times our service was out at times when it was cold, late
raining or just freezing outside my household would like to say
thank you very much for jobs you do to keep us with electric!

Just received installation for fiber optic internet today through Cookson Hills Connect. I am very satisfied with the services that the crew did. The internet is fast and consistent so far in my home. I will recommend this internet provider. It was worth the wait.

We recently added the fiber optic internet service. With any new service, start up problems are expected. We did go through a period of intermittent service but all issues were resolved. The technicians that were here from start to finish all had great customer service skills. I would like to give a special thanks to Dustin and Bruce for their perseverance, technical knowledge, and patience for solving our issues.

It's always a pleasure dealing with them. I am looking forward to their internet service (6-8 weeks). Our power went out a couple of weeks ago and I was so pleased how quickly it was restored.

Cookson is simply the finest. When the power goes down (which is rare), they're right on it. I needed a bulb changed on the pole and came out the same day. I noticed a power fluctuation on my UCP, and came out on the same day on the weekend. The Internet is stable and lighting fast. I have yet to deal with an employee that wasn't courteous and knowledgeable.
Just for the record, we are way up in the hills of the Brushy Mountains in Sequoyah County.

I just wanted to say that I lived in Fort Gibson for 16 years which was 21 years ago, and I was paying average 92 dollars a month and OG&E was 1 mile from my house. Now I have Cookson Hills Electric and a 300 square foot larger house and my electric bill is lower now than 21 years ago. There service has been excellent.

Cookson Hills is the best electric company I have ever been connected to. Have been a customer for 40 some years and have always gotten good service from them. Will not ever move out of their service area.

Electric went out this morning and I call Cookson Hills. They were here less than 30 minutes and fixed the problem. The lineman was very nice and helpful.

COOKSON HILLS ELECTRIC AND NOW INTERNET IS JUST AWESOME. ANY TROUBLE THEY ARE THERE. THE INTERNET INSTALLATION WAS EASY PEASY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK NO TIME. BIG THUMBS UP!

We are going through a crisis in our family with one of our young ones having an accident. The parents are at the hospital and electricity goes out the middle of the night when it's cold. They were here in just a few minutes and within 3 or 4 minutes had it back on. You guys are heroes. Thank you.

They work hard to take care of their customers, always helpful on the phone and the workers work hard to keep our electric and internet going!!

Cookson electric are awesome I have been with their service fir about 36 years and never have had one complaint about the service when I have had an outage I call in and the men are on it very quick and they take the time to visit with me and very professional and thorough with their work THANKS TO ALL THE FOLKS FROM THE OFFICE LADYS TO ALL THE LINEMEN AND FIELD PERSONNEL YOU FOLKS ARE GOING A GREAT JOB AND THANKYOU FOR KEEPING THE COST AT BAY AND FIR HELPING US WHEN WE HAVE ISSUES WITH OUR BILL AND GIVING AN EXTENSION SEQUOYAH WATER HAS NO EXTENSIONS THEY SHUT WATER OFF OVER A $46,00 bill.
