Carlton Landing Welcome Center

Great little community to rent a Bed and Breakfast for a weekend. Plenty to do with community swimming pools, short nature hikes, a beach on the lake and places to rent kayaks. Lots of open spaces to just hang out as well.

One of our absolute favorite towns! This is a hidden gem… might not be the case if we keep sharing 🤪. So many things are our fave about it, but the fact that our kids can be kids tops them all! The minute we arrive, they’re off on their scooters & bikes, or picking up a game of basketball w/ friends. It’s seriously like being in a movie it’s so dreamy. Love exploring all the cute homes, while we drink our lattes from the Meeting House & eating our traditional pizza from MamaTigs. Having a place that reminds us of Seaside w/ out having to spend hours getting there is the best! Families need to check this place out!!

We found this little gem in the Summer of 2021 and fell in love within a few hours! We have been back and stayed in vacation rentals several times. We loved it so much, we are in the process of building a home here and look forward to making many more memories at Carlton Landing.

If you are looking for a walkable community close to the water, this is it! We have lived here full time for 8 years and the people are what has kept us here. Good relationships, good food and great events!
