Terrible work, we had to do most of the work in getting everything. And in the end we were denied because of a lack of medical history, a shame they only looked at school records for medical history.

whoever answers the phone 9/1 is very rude. not helpful or maybe to certain people and explaining why i’m calling she’s on the phone like she doesn’t care and talking plain silly needs to be fired

The lady that answer the phone is rude and needed to know why I'm calling my lawyer then i asked to get transferred to her voicemail mail but she wanna take a message maybe I don't want you to know my business that's why I asked for my lawyer voicemail
