McDonald's

I stopped buy this McDonald's after leaving the National Prayer Day Gathering. I was hungry, I ordered chicken nuggets and fries with no salt. I was very impressed with my meal and service. The neatness of the grounds and the professionalism and politeness of the person taking my order. My food was hot, I received the extra condiments I requested. I never had a problem with the people who was running the store before. But I was very pleased with the new management or owners. I will be back. Just like in times past. Five Stars

We love this McDonald's. It's our preferred McDonald's we go too. The staff is so friendly and patient. They have manners as well. Food is always hot. I'd rather have hot food then cold any day. Sometimes there is a wait but you can't rush perfection.

This place is wonderful! The staff are so polite, and the food has never failed to be hot and fresh. Occasionally it gets very busy here, but be patient because they are absolutely worth it; that's why everyone is there!
It's a family owned franchise and you can really tell that they take pride in excellent customer experience. We eat here more often than anywhere else in Somerville.

Customer service ws good.

I come here more often than I should, and its the only McDonald's location I'll stop at. The service I've received has always been professional, the food looks and tastes good, and I never have to wait to long in the drive-through. Honestly can't vouch for the inside of the store as I never go in.

The food was good and hot.

Their big Mac is the size of some sausage and biscuit, if your hungry don't go here unless you have a pocket full of money and you always get a pickle and disice onions so small you can't taste not what you have in mind for a burger compare a whopper to a big Mac no comparison and you can still have it your way

Speedy service. Was able to place my order and leave in less than 10 minutes

They were very respectful and on there game. McRib was back and so good. Not sloppy and I asked for the manager to tell her great job. She was so nice and I will definitely eat here again

It was yummy but the workers got our food wrong

Rarely do I eat at the Somerville TN location, only because when I get that far. I'm just a hop, skip & jump away from where my Ancestors are buried. My Mom here in Tennessee, My Dad buried in Illinois, but born and raised in Arkansas. It feels great to be in my land of the Free. Knowing very well All Citizens of the United States aren't free from the Regime of the leaders of the World.

The staff were great and friendly, the place was very clean.

The young lady that waited on us. Was awesome nice, food was hot and fresh.

Always enjoy eating inside, it's clean and they get our orders correct.. Employee Andrew deserves a raise, he is always there and working hard.

Staff was friendly. My truck did not clear the drive thru so they actually brought it out to me. Food was great. Def recommend.

Very pleasant workers. It is encouraging to have employees who are actually nice to the customers. I hope other companies catch on to the ideal of friendliness.
