Had to get Covid 19 test. Super fast, easy to do. Drive thru testing only took us 10 minutes.

Ms. Kathy was very helpful and polite, the Doctor I saw was exstreamly knowledgeable and understanding.. I was very pleased an greatful for there services.. I will be making them my doctor... Thanks to you guys my experience was comfortable...

I had foster children and I think they did a great job they was friendly yes you may have to wait but they get the job done you have to have patience and wait for your time to be seen when you are getting wic or seeing a dentist appointment just be patient

Waited 15 mins . While employees talked and wandered around. Then told only way to get dental appointment was to call.day of and see if opening available. I was in need of an extraction asap . No help! no recommendations ! Hate it for people who have no where else to go.

I was called snd left a message to call Anna back. I called and kept getting put on hold. Called back several times. . Finally this man came on and gave me the hotline number. Well, I’m already on the list.
I called way before 4:00 . Then around 4:20 , I was next in line. Waiting to talk to someone . Well at 4:32 that man came back on and was giving me numbers to call. Please . Then guess what ? It’s past 4:30 and they are closed . I don’t understand this system . Do I need to go up to the Health Department to talk to Anna . I am 75. Born 6/2/1945. I was hoping to get the vaccine. Thanks

Need to be inspecting the county restaurants more often... McDonald's in atoka still can't cook a burger....

This place needs to be shut down. The customer service is horrible. They will sit behind the glass laughing, talking, and eating while not attending to anyone waiting. You need to make sure to take off the entire day if you need any thing done. You will be there a good 3 hours no matter if you are a walk in or make an appointment. If you call about any questions you may have they give nothing but attitude. They really need to clean house because the people currently employed do not care about their patients. If I could rate it no stars I would. Good luck if you are really in need of help because this is not the place to care.

Slow service and I have custody of my brother and brother in law both of them have been there before WITH me! We went to take them to the dentist today and they said I needed custody papers so I went and got the ones I had in the car bc the finalized ones were at home. They said I couldn't use them.The dental assistant was rude and wouldn't even talk to me. She stood on the other side of the room and rolled her eyes and the receptionist had to keep walking back and forth relaying what she was saying. It was ridiculous and they were very unprofessional and kept saying they couldn't do a major procedure without proper paper work. I said they are getting a freaking cleaning! Anyway Fayette county health department is much nicer and I will be rescheduling my appointment with them !

Staff was rude when I called and when I showed up to obtain an at home Covid test for my 4 year old. When you decide to be a public servant it’s not about you and how much you hate your job/ the people that you serve. Quit your job and find something else.

Rude staff , I was given a form to fill out while I have Covid symptoms plus my flat surface is my steeering wheel. I get up to take my test they find my paperwork have me verify my address well the lady read the address wrong. Then yelled out to everyone PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR HAND WRITING IS LEGIAble. What a way to embarrass someone

Have to wait on a number even with a appointment. Someone told me getting wic at this office is supposed to be faster now with the none paperwork n they use cards now. I am here and there are 5 desk and only one person at work. It’s like this every time they actually deserve 0 stars.
