I had had an ingrown toenail removed about 3years ago by another doctor in Memphis and continued to have issues with the nail. Made appointment with Dr Bell and explained what was going on and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable and great people skills. I recommend him!!!

Great first time visit, Doctor Bell explained what was needed to help fix the issues that were causing problems.

Doctor took time to explain things so that I could understand them as well as give me a step by step walk through of what was going to happen during the visit.

I saw Dr. Bell for an ingrown toenail they had become infected and was hurting quite a bit. He has excellent bedside manner and made me feel at ease during the whole procedure. He was very detailed about the treatment the toe and made sure he answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bell to anyone.

The clinic is very good 🙂 and professional. I brought my uncle in for a overgrown nail on his feet and Dr. Bell was very attentive and informative to his needs. After he finished, everything was much better.

This was my 1st personal visit with Dr.Bell. He treated my brother a few years ago. It was a good visit for him and a excellent visit for me. Now I know the pain in my feet will be a passing thang. He explain things as he go along. I like that. He explain the medicine to you as well. Young doctor but good in his field.

Dr. Bell works really hard to ensure great customer service and care while servicing patients. He takes time during doctor-patient visit to explain each step of the process and answer questions so the patient will leave with a clear understanding. He is an absolute great doctor, therefore I would recommend him to family and friends.

On 6/29/22 ] had an appointment with Dr J E Bell,first time visit.Doctor Bell came in up beat,positive, and energetic. Dr. Bell explained everything that he would do during my visit. Dr, Bell answered all and any questions as they came up as he did my feet exam. Dr. Bell cut my toe nails,cleaned toes applied oil on toes and around nail bed. Wrote a prescription for feet prescription for diabetic shoes that will help with my balance arthritic toes.Dr. Bell gave me a good positive bill of health and give me an appointment to return in 4 months to have toe nails. trimmed. Dr.Bell did inform me if anything changed to call his office and he would see me, but until my next appointment take care.

Professional, kind friendly staff. We were greeted with a smile and clear directions of what was needed. During short time in waiting room, was updated with how many others were in front of us and asked did we need anything. It's important that the first person that you encounter is friendly, that sets the entire tone for the visit!
