The last time I was here (October), I walked out after waiting in the checkout line for over half an hour with over a dozen people still in front of me. The place was trashed, finding what I had wanted to purchase was a challenge.
WOW what a difference! several employees offered assistance, the store was clean and well stocked and I was in the checkout less than 5 minutes. Great improvement 😃.

Very nice clean well-organized store. I shop Burlington in the past and have not been impressed with the organization. I love the Great Deals they have on shoes and clothes for everyone in the family. Bellevue is very fortunate to have Burlington's and their neighborhood. I will definitely shop this store in the future!

Nice selection, great location. Happy to have them on the East Side. Their store hours aren’t always accurate on Google though. I wasted time twice and they were closed.

Literally my favorite store, and my favorite location! This store is always clean, employees are nice, and hardly ever a long line. I shop here a few times a month, and always come out with more than I needed. Love the prices, and great luggage selection.

Bought a coat for the wife online. It was to small so I called the store and guess what? A person answered and explained how to return it and without any prompts to press one!!!!!! AMAZING and THANKS for some Great Customer service. The exchange at the store was also effortless. Absolutely recommend this store.

The staff was amazing! The home department supervisor went out of her way to check in the back for more floor mirror options, then carried two of them (which were heavy wood mirrors)onto the floor for me to view. Then she showed me all the beach -themed decor they had and how I could put it together in my bedroom. She did all of this even though she was supposed to be off the clock. Then she carried the mirror I chose up to the check out area for me. When I got to the check out, another young lady associate offered to carry the mirror to my car and called someone to cover her register as she did so. Once outside, she patiently held the heavy mirror as I made room in my car for it. All smiles the whole time.
I was blown away by the customer service! They should both receive raises!

I stopped by this store while I was visiting Nashville. I saw a coat that I loved, but didn't have time to go back and buy it before I went home to Kansas City. After not being able to find the coat online anywhere I took a chance and called the store and spoke with Tim. He was incredibly helpful. He looked for the coat and found the one I wanted, even sent me pictures to make sure he had the right one. I almost didn't call because I thought the chances of getting someone on the phone that would actually take the time to look for an item during the Christmas season was highly unlikely, but Tim proved me wrong!!! Tim is a great employee, Burlington is very lucky to have him!!! The coat is wrapped and ready for Christmas. Thanks again Tim!!

Had plenty of mens big and tall clothing to choose from. Clean store.
