I waited until the last minute to have a wedding suit pressed. Even though the truck had already ran for the day and my chances of getting the suit pressed where all but gone, the lady at this location was able to get on the phone and make it happen. I cant thank them enough for there understanding and service. I highly recommend this business.

I really don't understand all the bad reviews I almost didn't go because of them. My daughters outfit has to be ready by Friday I dropped it this morning and it will be back Friday at noon so they are gonna call me soon as it gets there so I can get it to my daughter at school. The lady was very nice and went out of her way to accommodate me.

I needed a suit cleaned overnight for a wake the next day at 5pm. I live in Oakland, but decided to try the bigger name cleaners in the Lakeland and Cordova area. I was told by 3 cleaners that they couldn't have the suit back until 5. I called Hometown Cleaners and they were very friendly, they told me they could have the suit back by 3pm and maybe a bit before. I went to pick the suit up at 230 and it was ready to go! Great service and very friendly!

I have been using this place since me and my husband moved to Somerville in 2013. They are real friendly and do a great job! Have never had a bad experience with these folks. Thank you for what you do!

Could not ask for more from a business. I was treated like my business was appreciated which is something that can seldom be said about businesses in this day and time. Employees are friendly and courteous and the quality of service provided is excellent.

Multiple issues with seamstress, and cleaning services. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

I work in Oakland at a local doctors office and I needed to drop a few things off on my lunch break. I walked in and the lady at the front desk looked at me and didn’t greet me, and she didn’t have on a mask. I stood there looking at her for a minute because I was the only one inside of the building. After I said hello, she said, “set your clothes on the counter.” Her tone was awful. I just walked out. I completely understand that she may have been in the middle of something but it doesn’t take a second to simply say, “ Hello, I will be with you in just a moment.”

Counter person treated me like I should just go away. I give one star only because they were open. What a miserable place.

Worst customer services...rude to customers worst cleaner place I have ever seen ..they dontf don't know how to treat to a customer bad service from this people ..I like to. Give zero star to this cleaner place
