Ok folks, this is the real deal. Had an issue on my 2011 Ram that 3 other MX techs could not find. Mr. Austin slammed a home run on my first visit. He not only diagnosed the 3 year old on and off issue, but did so by remembering a conversation we had 2 months ago when I was whining. I will be back and until he retires or I die, he has my business!!

Awesome Mechanics and the only ones I will ever trust to work on any of my personal or work vehicles. They are always available to help, even if it's last minute. I am the owner of Absolute Moving Services, LLC and they ensure all of our vehicles are running properly and are in top notch condition. Prior to purchasing 1 of my Moving Box Trucks, I called Austin to see if he or his Mechanics could check the truck out to make sure everything was ok as it was listed as exceeds DOT requirements. He sent 2 of his mechanics, Jesse and Mitchell to look the truck over. They were on top of, inside of, under and all over that engine and truck, including the backside to makec sure everything was operating properly with the lift gate. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection on this truck. After they completed their inspection, they listed off several issues they found that needed to be fixed. After the company fixed the issues, the same 2 mechanics, Jesse and Mitchell returned and completed a follow up inspection to ensure EVERYTHING was fixed and completed PROPERLY! Austin, Mitchell, and Jesse definitely saved me from a ton of extra costs to repair these issues in the long run.
They work on cars, trucks (diesel and gas), pretty much anything that has a motor. So far, they have worked on my F-150 (gas work truck), F-350 (diesel work truck), 2 of my Large Moving Box trucks (both diesels and obviously work trucks), and they will be working on our 4 cylinder turbo 2015 Mustang sometime in the near future. Austin and all of his Mechanics have fixed several mistakes made by other OVERPRICED Automotive Mechanics due to lack of knowledge, laziness, or to cut corners. They have definitely earned my trust and my business for all future automotive needs. Saved our company from giving Ford 23k to replace a motor. Found the issue to be something that a Ford mechanic messed up and tried to hide the issue by telling us that they "couldn't figure out the issue" and "the motor needs to be replaced." Mitchell Clark took a look at it and found the issue, charged a fraction of what was quoted by Ford, and haven't had a single issue out of this engine that was "trashed and needed to be replaced."

It's hard having trust in mechanics shops when after getting treated like we did by Ford. Clark Automotive went above and beyond to take care of a customer and was up front and honest about a potentially devastating issue. Clark Automotive will be getting our vehicles from now on!
