This store is always clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I order online, the deliveries are prompt and there's always a cute little note on the food bag. So glad this store is in my town. Keep up the good work. "You're pawesome!"

Hollywood Feed never disappoints! Love their helpful tips & information. Also love the frequent feeder program. I have 2 large dogs that eat a lot & it definitely helps.

I have to give a huge shout out to Oakland Hollywood feed! My neighbor found an abandoned kitten in their woodpile and called me. It was very small with an open wound in its neck. The vet couldn’t see the kitten till Monday ( this was Friday), I took the kitten to Hollywood feed they said it is probably a male, about two /three weeks old. I showed them the wound in the neck, they took it in the back, rinsed it with warm water, and found that there was about an inch long larva in its neck! They squeezed it out, clean the wound, gave me what I needed for wound care, and estimated what he could eat. We opened up one of the cans to try before I bought, and it was chowing away. Thought I needed a bottle but it was able to eat the food they gave and it was starving. It Sunday, the wound looks better, he has been eating a can a day and full of energy. I can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond!

Very small store but has a lot of heart. The people that work here are so personable and kind. Always have a wonderful conversation grabbing my little pups toys an treats here. I do love the ingredients mostly all the treats here!

I'm about to be a new fur baby parent. I went in to get some advice and encouragement and the young lady who helped me was kind, pleasant to work with and very helpful with giving me advice on how to care for my new puppy and what products to purchase. It was a really great experience!

Update-I later found out one of the helpful associates was the Store Manager. She is great and remembers me every time I stop by
