Excellent service I received from the time I requested towing service till the time my car was dropped off as requested. David provided excellent customer service with my tow, keep up the great work and highly recommend.

David l was amazing! He took care of me as if I were his own family. And was very knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely recommend Whaley’s for any towing needs !

The driver came and towed my car. Everything was taken care of. Driver was friendly and professional.

Do NOT use Whaleys. They damaged my car and refused to take responsibility, but more importantly, they left me stranded because they wouldn’t help jump start my car once I realized my car wouldn’t start. I ended up having to sleep in my car all night in a bad part of town before I could contact a different towing company to help me. No words can describe how sleezy and disgusting this company is — I’m still requesting a refund that they have yet to grant - my next step is contacting the BBB and consumer protection agencies — or else I’m taking them to small claims court. I couldn’t believe what they did to me.

Technician was unhelpful and unknowledgeable about the local area. My small dog had to ride in the vehicle being towed because dogs are against company policy, however filthy trucks are apparently not.

I was charged 300 plus dollars for a tow that never came or even bothered to show. Had to call Mid-South Towing to get the job done (for half the price of Whaleys towing) the next day. Don’t want my money back, just wish to warn other trusting individuals who might also fall victim to this unscrupulous “businesses” and it’s managers. Beware.
