I had an appt and was seen promptly. Completed paperwork online so that saved time. We were taken to a room, vitals taken, provider evaluated, xrays taken, meds prescribed, and we were on our way. Provider was very helpful and compassionate. It was 1000% better than sitting for hours in a hospital emergency room for the same care. This was my first experience with any Urgent Care and I plan to use them again.

I had a very good experience at Fast Pace, Covington's office. I had an asthma flare up and Dr. Pam was the best. She listened to me, and took care of an issue I was having getting my maintenance inhaler. She went the extra mile for me. I can't say thank you enough. The entire staff was great!!!

Always fast and friendly. Even though this is a fast facility the doctors nurses and staff always treat you like they personally know you. I love these guys

The Covington Fast Pace Urgent Care Clinic has the best staff and provided the best experience regarding my healthcare. The provider, Pam is always so efficient and goes out of her way to provide the best care. The nurse, Lesia and the MA, Camille were wonderful as well and so was the registration lady, Angie. They all work together efficiently and provide awesome care!!!

Showed up with a wicked earache going on 3 days. The Dr. Looked in my ear and respectfully, professionally and calmly told me there was something in it. In no time at all the team removed an ear bud from a headphone. I felt horribly embarrassed but they were perfectly professional about it and I'm feeling much better now. True story.

Love this location, always short line, very, very courteous staff and providers. Favorite Face Pace location, they handle all our minor urgent care issues instead of driving all the way into Memphis to the VA.

Always great service at the Covington location. All the providers are knowledgeable and friendly. Pam is our fave!!!

Staffing was very professional waiting area was very clean and spacious, for seating, log in time and being called back, was minimal, would visit again 🙄

Each staff member was pleasant & professional. Doctor Chris was absolutely amazing. He took the time to talk to me & answer my questions. If he had a private practice I would definitely want him to be my primary care physician.

From registration to leaving was 3 hours, we sat in the car and waited as the waiting room was packed (they were very busy on a Wed. at noon and we were #15 in line). The registration lady, nurse, and doctor were very helpful and polite.

Very very pleasant experience!!! I had to come in late ( 7pm ) ... But that's was no problem!! They were very nice and helped us very fast. All of the ladies from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were very understanding and did everything they could to help! Thank you so very much!

We did the schedule appointment online. Very efficient checkin and Dr. Pam was great with my little one.

I went in a little over a month ago for an injury to my wrist. I was told it was fractured. They got me in to see on ortho doctor there promptly. Dr. Whitney put a cast on my wrist. All of the staff are fast, friendly and professional. They all went the extra mile.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff were very friendly and got me in and out very quickly. Everyone was so sweet and I felt very welcomed. I would definitely go back to this location if I ever needed to!

This has always been my favorite Fast Pace. From my first appointment with them 10 years ago to now a visit with my daughter. They have always been so caring. I know I had a few people in front of me,but they saw my daughter was in bad shape and they had us back quickly. I don't know how they got the results in so quickly but they were able to diagnose a severe uti with her with what felt like in 10 minutes(let me add here my daughter has a lot of medical conditions...one that causes uti's and they werent afraid of taking her on). Wrote up a prescription and sent us on our way. When I called them to let them know the pharmacy was out of the medication they originally prescribed,they quickly sent in another one. As soon as her culture came through,they called me to let me know results and checked up on her! I don't even have her normal doctors check up on her or they just send us straight to the hospital because they're afraid of handling her with her condition. Good job, Covington Fast Pace!
