The staff were friendly and helpful . They found coupons to help with the cost of my prescriptions .The staff also took care of my vaccine shots ! They appear to be caring and reasonably quick about taking care of my needs . I never spent more than 20 to 30 minutes there .Thank the staff for all you do for me !

Worst pharmacy in Covington. They are rude; and very unhelpful. I waited 30 minutes for a prescription, after speaking with the counter woman told me it would ready in 15 minutes, needless to say the prescription was not ready after 30 minutes and they closed the gate to rush for their lunch break, treating me like an inconvenience. I have since transferred my prescriptions to another local pharmacist. Walmart you can do better.

Waited until the last minute to notify about bot being able to fill a prescription. Pharmacist stated they tried to contact the doctor to get the prescription changed so they can fill it. They contacted the doctor but, did not contact me when they couldn't fill a prescription. Found out when I went to pick up the prsecriptions. These were for my wife's surgery. Somebody could have told me from the beginning but, apparently that made too much sense.

The pharmacy is filled with racist workers who will skip over blacks or tell them their prescription is not ready ,or send u to window pick up,,so that they can wait on whites,,am in a wheelchair next in line I roll up and the lady asked a white man could she help him after I asked for my prescription another lady came up and she said it's not ready yet I told her a text came n said it said it's ready never got it so.the person driving who were whitesaid let me go in and get it ,,she went in and came out with it,,,
