Great service good care

Was charged a copay on a routine exam that is covered at 100%. They charged my insurance 3 office visits for 1 visit. 2 were for the routine exams I was scheduled for then 1 for the conversation with the Dr at the visit. If you are healthy and just need routine exams do not have a conversation/ answer random questions while there. Lesson learned.

These people get paid by employers to give individuals drug tests without asking them what meds they take that could interfere with the results, causing them to lose their jobs and more. Not a very acknowledgeable staff. The nurse actually hung up on me

Your answering service needs to know your hours. Don’t ask someone to come as a walk in at 1:00 if you close at lunch that day. And please post the correct time on the door.

I have been here SEVERAL times since we moved to the Lynchburg area and normally I am very pleased! However today they have completely lost my family as patients. They told my husband and kids they "smelled like cat urine and needed to wash clothes" .... 1st of all....we don't even own cats.... never have and never will.... and 2nd of all if you would like to speak with my husband about an issue then so be it but don't you dare make my kids feel some type of way about themselves! That was rude and very unprofessional. My kids are so upset right now!!! I seriously can't even believe this just happened!!!
