Clear Blue Pool Supply

My pool light went out and I thought “guess I need a new light”. Talked to David and he informed me my lights should be under warranty. Picked it up at his store 3 days later. I was floored, could’ve had me for $500. I learn something every time I go in there. Thanks David for being an honest businessman.

The best move I ever made was to turn our pool maintenance over to Clear Blue Pool Supply. For four years, David and Jeff were my mentors and support while I maintained our pool on my own. Even got complements on how it looked. My wife convinced me to sign up for maintenance with Clear Blue Pools, and it was a great decision. Colton does a great job of maintaining the pool, letting me know about anything that needs attention, and provides pictures and descriptions of what he does after each service. Now, we travel without worrying about the pool, have more time for fun things (grandkids, golf, etc.), and the pool has never looked better. A big "Thank You" to the folks at Clear Blue Supply!

I’ve worked with clear blue since they were across from H-E-B on 46 in Spring Branch. New location is on 306 just off of 281 N. Very helpful and responsive every time. Recently replaced a multi port valve for me. Did a great job at a reasonable price.

Gracie and David helped me get our pool plumbing leak fixed and David voluntarily came out to advise on maintenance of our old motor. I’ll use them 100% from now on and appreciate them being local.

Dave Murphy and the entire team at Clear Blue Pool Supply have been terrific to work with. From helping us select the products and equipment that works best for our pool, coming out to do "pool school" and changing/cleaning our pool filters, we couldn't have asked for better, more friendly and professional service. You guys are awesome which is probably why all of our neighbors recommended you to us!

Called first and spoke with a womn who was very informative. Visited Home Depot to see if they had a selection that would be fun for a new pool owner. What I saw was a section that barely had anything. Clear Blue Pool Supply had a lot of products AND had someone who took the time to answer every question. I received a Military discount and had my heavy purchases carried to the car. Excellent service

I had CBPS out for a home warranty call on my pool, and they went above and beyond my expectations. David was in communication from the start and set expectations on the date of service. Jeff showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was able to source and order the parts for next day repair. Fantastic experience throughout the whole process, and highly recommend this team for your pool needs.

What an amazing group of people that run this store! In a time where people seem to forget how to be good to one another, it’s refreshing to see how some “still got it.” My wife came in today and was given excellent customer service, friendly advice, and left feeling like she gained a friend, not just pool supplies. Had Jeff install a Pentair heat pump. Excellent attitude and professional work ethic. Very pleased with the heat output and extended swim season. We are extremely pleased with the install and always appreciate the guidance and service from Clear Blue.

It had been a few years since our last above ground pool adventure and the pool supplier I used previously was nowhere near as reassuring or pleasant. Clear Blue is the absolute best, after a week of battling my chemistry I came in today and asked for advise, 4 hours later my children were happily splashing around. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, I'm a customer for life now.

Love Clear Blue! We have done business with them for years and have always received the advice on chemicals and the repairs that we needed. David and Jeff are great and have always taken care of us! Highly recommend this locally owned pool supply business!

I have used Clear Blue since they opened. They have a laid back management style, but the prices are good and they carry/support many different product lines. A recent reviewer ( who frequently gives 1 star reviews to numerous local businesses) gave them a bad review for not wearing masks, but since there are rarely more than 2 people in the store it seems more like using a review to plow an agenda than an actual health concern. The shop is very clean, smells like chlorine and is within the requirements of health requirements.

I am a Dr as well, I work in infectious disease and public health and I feel completely safe in the Clear Blue store.

Do the math. 40 reviews mostly 5/5 a single 1/5 from a reviewer that writes more 1/5 reviews than they do positive ones. Hmmm!

CBPS does a great job. Zach services my pool weekly and it is always clean and looks great. Jeff does a great job of handling bigger issues and always communicates with me on what needs to be done. David Murphy is always responsive to questions and comments.

Recently moved into a new house with a pool and I wanted to be able to take care of the pool maintenance my self. Therefore, they offered an at home "Pool School" in which David gave me a great step by step process of the pumping system, cleaning of the pool, how to test the pool, what chemicals are needed and how to calculate the correct amounts required etc. Highly Recommend

When we completed our pool in the spring 2017, we used the pool maintenance company assigned by the pool installer. However, we soon found out that they were unreliable. We heard good things about Clear Blue Pool Supply and gave them a try. Happily, the experience we have had with them regarding our pool equipment service as well as purchasing chemicals has been way above our expectations. There is no one else we would consider using for all of our pool needs-period. They are excellent!!!

David & staff at Clear Blue were such a blessing for us! They kept not one, but two pools absolutely beautiful! They have helped us over the years keep our pools updated & looking fabulous! Thanks again for everything!!! :)

CBPS over the years has provided great service on each event they have handled. Installation of Pool Heat Pump Heater, Service call for Main Pool Pump when Capacitor failed. The communication provided by David and Jeff has been great. During current freeze when I lost my waterfall pump pipes, Jeff explained over the phone my course of action to try and save my main pump and pipes. Jeff/CBPS has me on the schedule to repair/correct initial install issues/etc to make my life easier for future hard freezes. You will not find a better Supply/Service/Repair group.

Jeff diagnosed and corrected a troublesome filtration system issue within minutes. He knew exactly where to look to isolate the issue and gave me clear instructions on how to avoid the problem going forward. He also cleaned my filter grids and tuned up my Polaris 280, all in a matter of minutes. My pool is in tip-top shape now. I’ll go back to Clear Blue Pool Supply for my pool service needs from now on.

Jeff saved the day again. We had a pump go out right before vacation and he fixed it all without delay. Clear Blue is the best!
