Hands down the best park in Sugarland, wer there every weekend, while our daughter enjoys at the play area, we play badminton..it is serene and excellent place for a stroll..
A visual delight for nature and animal lovers, every season reflects a different myriad of colors, squirrels squeaking, different dog breeds, barbecues, sheesha, a perfect picnic spot!

Great park. 20 min walk around the lake. Water fowl, turtles, fish and squirrels galore all year. Bathrooms locked; residents and gazebo renters get a key. Non-motor boats and fishing allowed. Always something going on.

Awesome huge park! Playground is mulch. No shade structure other than trees. Slide was wet in the early morning. Swings, slides and public restrooms!

This is a beautiful park. All year long. It’s peaceful there’s enough parking for most things, the play place is always clean and safe. You can walk you can jog you can take your kiddos, you can just go and read. It’s a fantastic place for photos. It’s a fantastic place to relax. Also if antacid place to host your next gathering.

Beautiful park with lots of view, birds and lakes on show. Great place to relax, have a picnic or take pictures. They have a beautiful gazebo which overseas the lake and I've been told it's even better during sunset. A romantic and family friendly place, if you haven't been I'd recommend coming here. It does get busy during better weather but don't let that put you off, the park is big enough so you can have your own personal time and space.

Great neighborhood park with a nice playground for the kiddos. Good walking trail around the lake with turtles and ducks galore. Catch and release fishing. Park is for New Territory resident use.

Excellent lighting and safe sidewalks for early morning or late night strolls, jogs, or biking.
Well cared for by visitors; litter free.

Nice park with dedicated parking for New Territory Residents. Two covered areas with tables, bathroom, playground, electric, lake and performance area on a small island. Often association will have events. Wonderful old pecan trees, squirrels and birds.

Decent local fishing hole, caught on a Rat-L-Trap around 7pm
