What a great spot for lunch in the middle of no where during a cycle ride on the Twisted Sisters route.

The place is nice and the environment is friendly. Meal portions are huge but oh man was it good.

This is a very small town feeling cafe. Food and service are both excellent.

Nice cafe just down the road from Garner state park. The chicken fried steak and fried okra were both delicious. The service was excellent and prices were reasonable. I would go again if I’m ever back in the area.

Server was friendly, kind and fast on her feet. Food was wonderful, in fact, I'm thinking that I may have eaten the Best BLT of my life! It was served on Texas toast. Did you take a gander of those incredible fries? Ooo, yum☺!

My wife and each the a hamburger and a cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty! Definitely a great stop along the way! Food was all gone!

But let's talk about those chicken fried steaks you gotta try it to believe it and they were delicious! I'm not from Texas I'm from new Zealand but that was well worth it thank you girls and staff for an awesome experience will be back!

Haven’t been to Leakey in over a year, was sad to see Friends Grill closed. But on the bright side, now we found Mill Creek Cafe. Ordered the cheeseburgers from the google review pic, and I think ours came out looking even better. Onion rings were indeed homemade. See you guys tomorrow!

Nachos and service were great!

The food was great, the waiter was new. I got the 1,1,1 and loved it.

Chicken Salad Sandwich was fantastic with the Wheatberry Bread. Loved both French fries and onion rings. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Service could have been a bit more prompt as there were staff relaxing in the back of the house and only two or three dine-in customers.

Best hamburger steak. Hamburger steak and sides full of flavor!

Friendly and quick service. Chicken fried steak with Texas toast was good.

I went here with my family and my family‘s friends no reservation, they were able to fit all of us in and they treated all of the kids in the groups super nicely even going out of their way to give a toy to one of the younger kids in our group who was crying. Super friendly staff. and delicious food, its a great place if you’re staying on the river to go with family, and i 10/10 would go again
