Bridge City Family Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy. They always have my prescription ready within a couple hours of receiving it. If I call to ask if they received the prescription, they prioritize it and it’s done within 30 minutes. The pharmacist even calls you on your birthday and randomly to see how you’re doing. They are also super sweet there. I’ve worked in a pharmacy before and I know how stressful it can be for the staff at times, but they seem to have their stuff together there. I appreciate them so much!!

Great pharmacy and staff. Only problem they didn't take my Part D drug plan insurance that I have. So I had to pay a lot more for my script I had filled there.

Amazing service. Fast, quick like ninjas. I've switched my prescription to family pharmacy from cvs. No long lines, they are very helpful. Able to have a conversation with the pharmacist and it's not feeling like he just reading from a prompt screen and trying to push me out the door. If I could I'd give this place 10 stars. So amazing, helpful, caring and most of all understanding with explanations of the medication.

Way WAY WAYYYYYYY BETTER than Walgreens!! The staff is extremely kind and they get u in and out. I never have to wait like I do at orange Walgreens. I'm so happy I've switched pharmacies and intend on staying with them for a very long time! Not to mention as an added bonus I get to bring my ups returns there too.. 😊 Thank u family pharmacy for being so great!!!

Hands down THE best in town! I developed an abscess and my doctor faxed my script of antibiotics to Walgreens in bc. It took 2 weeks and my doctor calling and faxing multiple times before they finally got the script ready. Once the script was ready they said they couldnt use my insurance and I needed to call them myself. I called bridge city family after fighting with Walgreens for almost a month. They text me 30 MINUTES later telling me my script was ready, went and got it and the Insurance went through with no issues! Super fast, super friendly, super helpful! Literally a life-saver!

Always exceptional service and a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing - kind, patient, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. You won’t find a better pharmacy in Bridge City.

I have been getting my meds filled at Family Pharmacy for 20 years.the staff is very professional and the service is second to none.anytime you get a new prescription they go out of their way to make sure you know all you need to know!

Family Pharmacy told me today they were back stocked on a medication that my insurance covers for me, but somehow I know another person who paid out of pocket for the medication and received it today. It’s ridiculous to think that a pharmacy would practice unethical practices like price gouging medication that people need. I would also like to mention that when I filled the medication they said we may not accept what your insurance pays. Why? Because you are price gouging.
