Staff and Dr. Satir is a excellent place to go for any medical needs!

I've been there twice. Both times I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My 2 year old that doesn't like anyone, loved Dr. Penning. Everyone was nice and helpful (and patient with a two year that was high on Valentines cookies). He's actually made more progress in the 2 visits, than the 2 years he was with another physician... Would highly recommend!

Christopher Penning, the best doctor we've ever had. He has an outstanding track record with our family in diagnosis and treatment. Super kind, patient and caring. The staff is very friendly as well. I don't know what we would do without them!

We love Dr Penning. My children have gotten more help in 1 visit than they ever have with any other Dr. He is polite, understanding, and really listens to our needs. He propsed an action plan for my sons ADHD that no other dr has even mentioned and its working!! Amazing Dr all the way around. I'd recommend him 100 times over.

Dr.s Satire and Penning have both served as my family physicians at different times. Each of them did an outstanding job at explaining our health and writing referrals if need be. Now that I am a medical student and have shadowed many other physicians, I realize that they are treasures in the small town of Bridge City.

Cevila i think is how you spell her name, she was awesome and sweet and talked me through getting my blood work and no one has ever been that sweet and helpful.

There answering service SUCKS. 30 minutes plus on hold. Can't leave a message so they can call back what the hell.

Rude staff (especially the front desk), long waits, and billing got messed up all the time. Two times in a row they failed to submit my bloodwork correctly and both times I had to go back and get stuck again. It was for my post cancer screening which one would think should be taken very seriously!!! Multiple times they messed up sending my maintenance prescriptions to the wrong places and I have spent countless times dealing with insurance to straighten out the mess they caused. I've had to wait multiple times over an hour for lab. They employ one of the rudest, most unprofessional phlebotomist I've ever had to deal with. I've been to many practices and delt with many medical professionals and this place is by far the worst group I've ever experienced.
