Although he is Not my Agent he was very helpful getting my insurance card emailed to his office so I could get my vehicles inspected. Saved me time and Gas! Awesome!

Really good food at a reasonable price

Visited to get copy of insurance policy and answer basic questions for my 75 yr old mother due to Hurricane damage. During the first 5 minutes the agent called me a “smart ass” and to “not do that” when asking questions about the policy and clarifications on policy definitions and insurance jargon. He then decided that he was not going to speak to me on only speak with my mother. (Policy holder). Left and found a new agent to deal with this claim, and if Farmers is unprofessional we will be finding a new insurance company as well.
