He took the time to sit down with me and explain a situation and what he could and couldn't do. He was very open and respectful on a mental health issue. I won't forget how courtesy Jugge Jenkins was.

Some people work for a living. Others pass laws and hire people to take money from people who work for a living.

Moral of the story, it costs 125$ to forget to wear a seatbelt.

Tried to pay my $10 dismissal fee for a registration ticket and emailed the new registration several times. After several phone calls the girl said she would call me back as soon as the email came through. She didn’t call. She emailed me back. A week later. After my deadline. Now my ticket is $200. The judge tells me his girls wouldn’t say that. He says they would never say they would call back. He reduces my ticket to $140 and acts as if he did me a favor.

Completely rude staff, rude for the moment the call was made, up until I was hung up on 2 times. Melissa with small claims has absolutely no customer service and is not willing to help people understand how a small claims works. If Chad Jenkins allows his staff to speak like this to someone he absolutely does NOT have my vote!!

Refuse to answer phone so I can pay a speeding ticket. Won't be happy if I am stuck with a fee for "paying late"
