Best Western Plus Red River Inn

Beds were comfortable, the room was very clean (and I'm picky, I bring a cleaning kit with me which I didn't need to use). Carpets didn't make our feet black when we walked, which is very rare for hotels these days! The pool and jacuzzi were great, our kids absolutely loved it. Breakfast had a nice selection and the staff were very friendly. Only downside was the hotel does not offer rollaway cribs or pack n plays, which we thought might be the case, so we booked a triple queen room and slept with the baby. Or I should say, got kicked in the face all night by the baby so that was a disappointment. Overall, we would definitely stay again if they added cribs as an option and had hot coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Clean & comfortable as always. The nightly rates could be more comparable to Amarillo hotels. Having to park in the dirt lot next door with our small uhaul wasn’t the best and left us with a flat tire. Otherwise 10 out of 10. Good breakfast. Good rest.

We travel from Colorado to Texas several times a year and always stay at the Red River, Best Western, inn in Clarendon.
When I made reservations for our most current trip, using our rewards points, I mistakenly selected a non-pet friendly room.

Because I used my reward points it made it more difficult to change the reservation.
Thanks to Terry and Steve, the reservation was changed on our arrival.
I highly recommend a visit. Their staff is always friendly and professional. And, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

No bedbugs. Clean. Renovated in 2019. Breakfast was free, 6-10 am and was the best we'd had so far. It's next to a hill so trucks have to wide throttle to get up, but I never woke up. Very nice people, everyone seems happy to be working. Lots of cameras and good lights, no issues feeling safe. Would recommend this over Amarillo.

Everyone has been super nice and helpful. Great attitude and positivity throughout.

They have gone above and beyond while having super clean rooms and housekeeping does an amazing job.

They even left this awesome note on the desk for whomever uses the room. Took a picture so everyone could enjoy.

Stayed in Dec 2023. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Definately recommend this hotel if you are in the area. So glad we stayed here. There are plenty of lights in the parking areas. Security cameras. Had a variety for breakfast. If in this area again will adjust the route to stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean inside and out. Friendly staff. Stayed the night on 12/17/23. Huge breakfast served in the morning. If in the area and need to stay in a hotel or even a few miles off your course I’d recommend this hotel. Oh, didn’t use it, but the indoor pool looked nice too.

Enjoy staying here each time we pass thru town. Very clean hotel with nice rooms. They had the lobby decorated for fall and it was lovely. The hotel is decorated nicely and has a home feeling. Breakfast was great and staff is always friendly. It has a large parking lot next too it for trailer parking which is nice so you don't have to take up the regular parking lot. We have arrived after dark & never felt unsafe using the trailer parking lot. There is even a sidewalk that leads to the back door of the hotel from this parking lot and good lighting. We will continue to stay here!

Just had the best night of rest here. Traveling for the first time with our two month old and had to find a place to stay. Not only was staff extremely courteous but the rooms were incredibly comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Absolutely would stay here again.

Clean, clean clean. $130.00 or so military discount. Look at the room pics. I'm very pleased.

Good breakfast. Shower water pressure was great. Make sure to get something to eat before you get into town or the only thing available is the food at the gas station across the street. I chose to starve and made up for it at breakfast

I had the opportunity to spend the night here twice within a year. Very nice, cozy clean and the staff are wonderful. I shall return!!!

We loved the location, the service, and the cleanliness. It was a halfway point for us on our trip to Colorado, and we felt safe enough to park our camper in their large lot. They also had a nice indoor pool and nice laundry. Win-win when you are on a long trip.

This is a FANTASTIC hotel!!! We normally don't choose Best Western as their properties can vary greatly, but we loved everything about this hotel!!
Clean, comfortable, professional, breakfast was great and the parking lot is top notch with great lighting!!

It's obvious the owners and staff take pride in their property. Bravo!!

We will make future travel plans with this hotel in mind.

Stayed there on my way to Angel Fire. Kids enjoyed fresh pancakes and omelet, breakfast was really good. They have books for kids as well in the lobby. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean (although you can see some dust behind furniture, but that's pretty much industry standard).

We loved the location, the service, and the cleanliness. It was a halfway point for us on our trip from Wyoming. Parked our truck and trailer in their large highly lit parking lot. Pet friendly, room didn’t smell of pet urine, laminated flooring was a plus no nasty carpet!!!

From a mother. I was traveling with my daughter from California to Alabama. This Best western was a big relief. The staff are friendly and the hotel clean clean clean. I felt safe and very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone traveling and need a clean comfortable stay.

We stayed here two different nights and would stay again! Very sweet and awesome staff. Comfy beds and amazing water pressure lol!

Front desk service was excellent. Room is clean. Only issue was the beds. They are very worn down and need to be replaced.
