Eileen was very knowledgeable, personal, and helpful. I would recommend her anytime you are ill. The clinic was very accommodating on getting seen and was efficient and friendly with scheduling, follow-up, and test results.

The most professional staff & outstanding service from all. We travel all over with my husband's job, and he happened to have a gout flare up and was out of his meds. We walked in, filled out some paperwork, & were seen within 15 minutes. Very pleased & would definitely refer this awesome Clinic to all!! Great visit from the second you enter the clinic. Very nice receptionist and nurse. Dr. Colunga was very informative and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel rushed. This facility has people who genuinely care about your well being. So glad I got recommended here. This is definitely going to be my clinic for years to come.

The entire staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. A nurse practitioner that I see always goes above and beyond to treat me with amazing care and profound knowledge. The wait is usually short (est. 30min) and they go by your income if you are without insurance. I absolutely love the Cactus Clinic!

Best Practitioners Ever!

Visited them twice in 4 years. Never heard back with any kind of follow-up check either time. Took 3 years after the first visit to send me a bill. The second visit had a few issues; seemingly none of the staff communicated my symptoms or reason for visiting to each other, so I ended up needing to explain my symptoms and nature of my visit in detail at least 4 times to 4 different people. During this visit, I appeared to be the only patient, but needed to wait roughly 45 minutes past my appointment time before I could see someone. The only positives I can mention is that the building was very clean and the staff were generally friendly.

Got there at 4pm. They told me they were not an urgent care facility. Glad I wasn’t bleeding to death.

I didn’t want my son Covid tested, had no symptoms of Covid, other than a fever, so they wouldn’t see him in the clinic. When I asked how they would weigh him for medication strength I was told “usually the doctor just looks and guesses.” Uh what?! No thank you!

Dr. Alanzo is the worst psychiatrist my sister has ever been with...do not go to her!!!!
