These fellows got out in the cold and changed all four tires for us. Along with putting the spare back in the rack underneath the truck. Did all quickly & accurately.

I had a blowout in Imperial, TX and I called and spoke with Frankie and he sent a gentleman named Saul. They had me back on the road within an hour. Very Professional and Polite. Hopefully I won't have any more tire problems but if i do I know who I'm going to call in that area again.

Such a friendly shop and incredibly helpful! We are traveling to New Mexico and wanted to get our tires checked out. Turns out 3 of our 4 brand new tires had issues. They assisted us, free of charge, and thoughtfully cautioned us on safe travels.

Couldn't be happier with our experience here! We had a blowout when leaving Big Bend and this shop was able to take care of us in no time. I couldn't believe how fast they were getting the job done. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and the customer service was top notch!

Isaac helped me out when I ran over a huge deck screw while filling up my car on a family road trip. They could have totally taken advantage of a family far from home with not much time before closing at sunset, but he was able to remove the screw and patch up my tire in just 30 minutes for just $20.

This place was a godsend and the guys were friendly and professional.

We had a flat tire with a nail in our trip from Arizona and these guys were amazing! We were in and out in 20 minutes. We paid $20 for our flat tire and they checked all our other tires. Highly recommend!

Driving cross country when I woke up to a flat on a Saturday morning. Bill Williams was the only tire center open; everyone else was closed until Monday. They were fast, friendly, and fair; 100% would recommend my buddies Donnie, Isaac (who my dog loved), and Roy. Suggestion to management: Would be nice if we could leave tips when paying via cards. I didn’t have cash and wish I could have acknowledged the excellent service with a gratuity.

I definitely give this whole crew 5 stars. I had a blowout on the Interstate in my camper-van and got the runaround from my Roadside Assistance service - Luckily, I called up Bill Williams Tire Center in Fort Stockton finally, and they totally saved the day. Even though it was close to closing time for them, they made a special trip to help me jack up my beastly vehicle and put on my spare. Then, they escorted me back to town, making sure I made it ok. When I realized I really needed to replace all the tires for this big road trip, they gave me a really fair price and had a team stay after hours to get me back on the road. Every staff member was professional, efficient, and helpful. Thanks again to their team for getting me safely on my way!

I too had a tire blow on my Fifthwheel 40 miles west of town. Call one tire shop in town and they didn’t have the exact tires in stock and weren’t sure if the could install them if they did. Called Bill Williams shop and they had the tires and were able to install them once I got there at 4pm. Frankie was excellent to deal with. The techs had the tires replaced in 30 minutes and reinstalled my spare under the trailer for me. Because I’m Canadian and have to pay the exchange rate on anything I purchase in the US Frankie gave me a bit of a break on the final bill. Fantastic guys to deal with.

On my road trip moving from LA to Houston, I experienced a slow leak from one of my tires, causing it to blow out in Arizona. Got a new tire on and once I got to Texas it was low again. Made it to this tire shop, expecting a cracked wheel... they took my tire and wheel off and inspected it and turns out the leak was from a loose valve! Diagnosed and tightened the valve free of charge and I made it to my final destination without loosing any more pressure. Really saved the day! So helpful in a stressful time.

We took our company vehicle for West Texas Windshields to have tires balanced. Frankie Muniz and his team took care of all our issues and him and his team served us with great customer service we can't wait to do more business with you guys!!!!!!!

So we traveled from Sweden to the US, and we are doing a road-trip from NY to SF (but of course travelling through the best part: Texas), our rental had a problem with the wheel just outside of Fort Stockton. While unfortunately Bill Williams Tire Centre did not have a new tire for our specific model, he did have good advice for our journey, both for where to get the tire changed and where to eat good food in FS and later El Paso, we also had a good chat about everything not car related; just a really friendly place and guy, highly recommended!

Excellent service! Frankie is the best. In and out in less than 30 minutes and every other tire store was recovering from Thanksgiving day turkey.

Only place close to teraligua to get over sized tires had some issues once we arrived to bog bend and had to limp in from teraligua to 295 65 20 tire No one else in teraligua/ alpine/ marfa had tires this is your place just have to make the drive

Lost some tread on a trailer tire about 50 miles west of Fort Stockton. Limped into town about 8pm. Got to Bill Williams tire at 7am bought 2 new tires and on the road at 7:20. Good price, fast friendly service!
