Package always comes on time. But I also have numbers posted on my house so driver doesn’t have to guess and my package delivered to wrong place. 🖐🏽hi five !

More folks are shopping online in West Texas which created the need for this new FedEx facility in Fort Stockton.

Easy in and out

Everytime FedEx misdelivers a package, I create a case, and never (NEVER EVER) hear BACK from them with the status or update. They clearly don't care about claims, they prefer to ignore them and have you jump through hoops to get refunds and replacement shipments. Pretty sad because I never have this issue with UPS.

No local office, driver didn't deliver package as stated. Now FedEx wants me to file claim with shipper to replace when their driver never delivered package. Your driver is responsible for my package !

Regularly falls to deliver packages without contacting me. Customer service gives me the runaround. Whoever runs the south route towards terlingua needs to get told to do their job instead of just clicking "out for delivery" day after day without ever delivering

3 times Ft Stockton fed-x has NOT delivered my pak to my house.. house has address & address is on a sign at the driveway... why DO I HAVE to go hunt down my package... that driver has 1 job to do, deliver paks... it's not hard when houses have the correct #'s on them...

Last pak was found in road 7 hrs after it was said to have been delivered 😡

Two packages in the last week are reported as delivered but they were delivered 10 miles from our house. The first was witnessed by two people. We went to get the package from HP but the person there said they gave it back to the driver but 6 days later we have still not seen it. The second package was delivered to the same place and we drove the same day to pick it up before it could be lost. This is not good service.

This is the second package delivered in Fort Davis with no address as to where it has been delivered. The great treasure hunt has begun with lost package cases, letters and filed complaints to corporate in Memphis since no way to contact Fort Stockton. Where are my packages?
