Bojangles

The service was great and the food was hot and tasted fresh and it was around 2. usually most places u get left over food from what they cooked for lunch. This definitely wasn’t the case. It tasted great and never had such good service at a fast food restaurant especially in Daleville. The staff was great. i think the lady on duty who i think might was a manager training someone new and she was just great and super sweet. Me and my pastor ended up spilling our drinks all
over the clean floor. instead of getting the mop for us .she actually cleaned up our spills. 5 stars and thank you Bojangles for the good food and service! Me and my family will definitely be back and i recommend this Bojangles out of all the chicken places in the area.

I was first skeptical of getting the grilled chicken salad due to the popularity of the fried chicken- but it was amazing! Tons of chicken and fresh lettuce and veggies. Very friendly service!

I been to several Bo’s and I tell you this one is clean, the staff were nice and the food was fresh . Might be luck if the draw but it was great

Their very friendly, fast service, great food, never had a problem with any of the employees or my order just an all around great place to go to eat. I just love their food and especially their sweet potato pie.

One of the few fast food restaurants that nearly always gets my order right. I get an egg and cheese biscuit or pimento cheese biscuit with unsweet tea. Most places assume I want meat on my biscuit and add bacon or they assume I want sweet tea, not them. They clarify my order and I they make it perfectly. The staff at the drive through window are very cheerful every morning that I come through.

"You never get a second chance to make a first impression" Well on 8/15/2022 at 6:30 pm. My wife and I went through the drive through for the very first time. This guy comes on and with a very upbeat refreshing attitude and took our order. He was very cordial even at the window. As he was delivering our bag of food he repeated our order. This was amazing! He was outstanding in his customer service skills. My first time ever at Bojangles. Not my last! Now for the food! Two chicken sandwiches and fries with two sweet potato pies. My wife said with every frie entering her mouth until the box was empty "DANG! these are good!" Never before has she ever emptied her fries box except into the trash for others. Dang, they were good fries. I wished ten miles down the road that I had more. It was as if I knew that flavor but couldn't yet place it. Then we got to the chicken sandwich. I took a bite but didn't say anything yet. I was waiting for her to take a bite then give her opinion. Then it came, "holy ..." oh yeah! She feels the heat. Now it came to me, it reminded me of growing up around New Orleans. The flavor is awesome! Only one point for improvement, only serve LARGE ice tea with ALL meals! Anything less is criminal. We will be back soon. Thank you for a great first impression!

The Cajun filet biscuit is fantastic! Always good friendly service through drive thru. I never go inside but my order is always correct. My husband gets biscuits and gravy every single morning, gets a 1/2 and 1/2 tea and he is a happy man

Best french fries we have ever had! Hot, freshly made, crispy and seasoned so well . The chicken sandwich was spicy and good. Wonderful service at the drive thru from Oushawn L. We WILL be back again!

Delicious seasoned fries. And that 4 piece chicken supremes are worth the money. The sauce container is large it is enough for all tenders with some to spare. Can't lie though, I really go for the fries.

Bojangles in daleville al is one of the top notch chicken joints in the south.clean dining room, hardworking employees, clean bathroom, hot and ready food. The chicken is hand battered dropped fresh , biscuits are hand made, only time the lobby was closed was shortage on employees which is normal and again great crew!!! Highly recommend

We just moved to the south for military purposes so we were not familiar with this chain. We decided to try it for dinner tonight and I thought it was pretty good. W
There was a lot of food and we even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We had boneless chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and a half gallon of sweet tea. Everything was great although the biscuit tastes a bit salty to me. Love the sweet tea. All three employees that we encountered were super friendly!

Great food and the fastest fast good I have ever seen. Most of the time your order is waiting for you when you pull up to the window. Longest it has ever taken was 4 minutes and that was because they cooked me a steak biscuit at 9pm. Yes ey have full menu all day and amazing food deals each day.
