I was feeling drained and blah but needed food and fresh air so I hit the Arby's drive-thru. It near my house and Arby's is good stuff. The little guy at the drive-thru window was awesome! Quick service and so polite and funny!!! The perfect way to end a blah busy day witha smile and a laugh! Thanks and I appreciate you!

Kind of biased here on the food, because Arby's is my favorite fast food, but the food was good. Service is spotty at this Arby's, because you never know how many people show up for work. It took almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I hot my food. Atmosphere was not bad, but some of the tables were dirty, this goes back to the amou t of workers present. Will eat their again.

We absolutely loved it, there is a good burger meal right now and a sweet lady named Madison said the line and all for our buddies birthday, would definitely recommend for yall to go there!!

Ordered in the drive thru. The mgr was supposed to bring it out to us. Waited for 15 minutes then seen her go out back to smoke and on the phone. Had to go in and get our food

Went here really late cause we had a late dinner and didn't want to cook so late. So we went threw Arby's drive there and I think there was 1 person in there working. We ordered like 5 to 6 whole meals. And he had it all ready and it was hot and fresh in like 10 minutes. It was a nice visit and experience. I have much respect for that guy who was working that night. Recamend the Arby's on 72 in Athens.

I have no issues with this location other than the long wait in the drive thru. They open thier dining area up when they have enough staff. Which makes it a lot quicker to order especially since my lunch break isn't very long. Hopefully they will get that issue resolved.

Arby's is great and it's a nice clean restaurant and nice clean employees I didn't have to wait in line cashier took My order and got My order right the food was hot the two gyro's and the roast beef sandwiches and fries was All hot and ready to go I didn't have to wait a long time like I do at McDonald's and All other fast food restaurants the guy that took My order I didn't catch his name but he was very nice and the restroom was nice and clean and drink station was nice and clean not dirty like Wendy's and McDonald's and all the other places I go to I am a local bike Rider and I was hungry I highly recommend Arby's to travelers passing through Athens Alabama

The staff is pleasant and we're able to answer a couple of clarifying questions before placing my order. Before handing it to me, they checked to make sure it was correct. The only drawback is that the drive-thru is tight. You have to be very aware so that you don't scrape something.

Efficient and friendly. Working short staffed so the service was slower than normal.

This Arby’s is always good! The staff is friendly, and the drive thru is relatively quick. I have never had to take anything back, and the sauce is always in the bag. The one time I was in side, it could have been a little cleaner, but overall a good place to eat!

French dip sandwich is always good!! The best mozzarella sticks around.

Great food and wonderful service. Even when they are stretched thin on staffing, they have some Allstars there that really go above and beyond. Hope they can keep them because they really could make or break the experience.

Parking lot was clean and bathrooms were clean too.
Cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the contents of the sandwiches. We both had combo meals and surprisingly the food was not only fast, but it was HOT. I was thoroughly impressed and the tables were even clean. I last ate here before it was rebuilt years ago. It was bad back then so lets hope this wasn't a one off chance that we got all of this on one visit. :) Good job arbys and look forward to eating here again.

Best afternoon manager EVER. Even with staffing challenges, she was still pleasant and courteous. She is a Rock Star!!

I went in there today with a big order! They were fast and kind I have to say I don’t leave a lot of reviews but the service was excellent! In a time like today it’s so hard to find that. Thanks
