It was quiet and rather peaceful compared to other mobile home parks!

I’m 24 years old now and while I was living here I was picked on so badly but the assistant house parent and other girls ! No matter what I did my point card was always short and I was at the table ! The only thing that kept me up was Mr Marques he was like a father to me ! But other than that my experience here was just awful I have 1000 stories of how horrible this place is !

I wouldn't suggest moving here cause the land owner is rude, cruel and cold hearted and if you say or do something she doesn't like then she will evict you even if you own your own trailer.

Needs to be cleaned up by the city. Not a favorable area in Athens and takes away from the community to see our community members living in such conditions.
