Opera House Guest Suites

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in the area.

The suites are well appointed and feel much cozier and more private than a hotel. The beds are comfortable, and the location is great.

We really like suite 1, a 2 bedeoom suite with a full kitchen - oven and stove, full size refrigerator, and all the basics you need to cook. We baked some desserts and roasted vegetables for Thanksgiving dinner with no problem.

Fast internet and a big TV are plusses.

One thing to be aware of is the rooms are all upstairs, and there is no elevator - and there is no bell service. Not an issue for us, but for those who have lots of belongings, or who have difficulty with stairs, it is an important consideration. We understand the rooms have to be upstairs due to a Havana city ordinance, but we also understand that the owners have received a waiver from the city for an accessible unit or units.

Very nice accommodations and very attentive hosts. Great location in town.
