Friendly and small town feel. The waitress was super nice and accommodating! Food is great! We had a group of 9 guys and our burgers and subs were pretty tasty!

This has become my favorite restaurant! I am from Florida and make roughly two trips to Maine a year with my fiancee who is originally from Maine! On one of our country side excursions exploring we were driving by when we decided to stop and experience a true local Maine spot. This was six years ago and we go twice a year every year (when in Maine) and it is always a great experience with wonderful food! It never ceases to amaze how good and fresh the food is whenever we are there! So good in fact, that next year while in Maine for our wedding we will most likely have our rehearsal dinner there (and if they cater, maybe our reception)! You can keep your Ruth Chris and III Forks.... Give me Thompson's!

The food was great, and the donuts even better the staff are very friendly. A must stop on your way through my family will be back on our next trip.

Great food, awesome staff and neat diner atmosphere with local logging history. Came around with donut holes while we were waiting for food. Trying their donuts are a must, they are AMAZING as was all the items from the menu we tried over our three visits while we were in town. Whether we had dinner or breakfast we had a great experience.

Was immediately greeted warmly at the door with free doughnut holes, which my girlfriend and I got several more free portions of later on.

The servers were incredibly receptive and friendly, the sausage, eggs, and gravy I ordered were delightful, and all their menu options were very reasonably priced. A+

Always stop here when we come to Maine. Great food at a great price. Very comfortable environment. And the owner walks the floor in the morning with a big basket of complimentary freshly made donut holes!!!!

Thompson's Restaurant is a hidden gem in Central Maine and is certainly worth going out of your way for. Their Food and service are always really good especially their haddock. Thompson's also makes a darn good Country Fried Steak!

Famtatic food as well as atmosphere service is exceptional. Just a good old town family style food. And if there were 10 stars I would choose that . Thanks to everyone at Thompsons we will see you as always

Gem of a diner on the Old Canada Highway. High quality food specialty is donuts 🍩 desert list endless and entrees and sides for everyone. Hardworking friendly staff that one wants to know better.

A welcoming smile, quick service with a pot of rich hot coffee in hand, a clean white apron tied around her waist was the start of my experience at Thompson's. My order was expedited to the kitchen and gradually delicious aromas floated back to me. As I waited, my eyes took in the cleanliness of the whole place, all of the prized hunting trophies on the walls as well as interesting artwork and lovely antiques! My food was delivered promptly and hot. And again my waitress was very attentive and gracious. My food was home style yet creative and delicious! That day being at Thompson's made me feel relaxed and transported away from this stressful world even if just for a couple of hours.

A great restaurant that exceptionally retains the small-town feel of Bingham. The donuts are incredible and most days complimentary donut holes are served to guests. Prices are very reasonable and the food and service can't be matched in the area. A must visit in the Bingham area.

Very good food. Great prices for the amount of food they give you! AND it's the only diner near by! Deff worth the stop in. I will be back real soon!

This place is the cutest little family diner. The food is delicious and breakfast is the time to go. Grab a fresh homemade pumpkin donut to go for me !

The food is great and the waitresses are efficient and fun to chat with. A true old time diner. We drive over an hour each week just to eat there.

Always a great meal, with great service and a reasonable price. This is our go to place any time we trek to Jackman, and it doesn't matter which meal we stop in for; it's always enjoyable!

Small town spot with lots of charm. I stop for breakfast every time I'm in the area. Fresh made bread and donuts are the icing on the cake.
