Advanced Dental Care

I was referred to Dr Addas a little over 2 yesterday ago.. I needed some dental work. I was petrified because as a child, I never liked the dentist. Dr Addas made me feel so comfortable and took as much time as needed to get through procedures. I'm not a great patient and he was so caring and gental and made me feel at ease. In the past 2 years I have had extensive dental work from crowns, fillings and envialign. I absolutely love the way my teeth look now and will be starting my partials. Dr Addas has literally changed my life..he is an Amazing Dentist! The entire staff from the receptionists to the dental hygienist..the dental assistants..everyone..they are all wonderful!! I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Quincy and Dr Addas!! Thank you so much for caring about my needs and listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions and being so very patient with me.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any dental office. Dr. Michael made me feel so well taken care of. I felt like she actually cared about me personally.

Dr. Addas is an extraordinarily gifted and skilled dentist who's genuine concern and genteel disposition immediately helped me in overcoming my fear of dentist. Because his ability is beyond any other dentist I experienced, I travel 3 hours for my appointments with him.

I have been to many dental practices over the years and honestly this was an awesome experience! The staff is patient, knowledgeable and easy to understand. My hygienist explained exactly what she was planning to do, went over my x-rays so I understood what was needed and why! My cleaning was quick however efficient. I needed two fillings and the cost was reasonable and the dentist himself was really good. My fillings were able to be done that same day so I didn’t have to come back and they took no time at all to do! This is definitely my new, permanent dentist..... thank you Advanced Dental Care!!!!

Could not ask for better. Had my second appointment today at Advanced Dental Care and I am so happy. Dr. Huang is my favorite dentist I’ve ever had. He does amazing work and he is very gentle and caring. He’s fun to talk to also! He put me at so much ease and made me feel confident again about my smile. The assistants are adorable and professional. Receptionist are wonderful. I couldn’t ask for better and wow did I luck out when I found this office. Thanks Dr. Huang and staff!

I just recently had to switch dentist as the wait at my prior office was TOO long. This place has been AMAZING thus far. I got my appointments QUICK and the staff makes me EXTREMELY comfortable. I look forward to having my dental work done, and not too many people can say that. 😀 From someone who once had a FEAR of the dentist, that SAYS a lot. I DEFINITELY recommend this place for your dental needs.

I have visited quite a few times since my first review. I was VERY nervous about seeing the dentist and getting the proper care I needed. After getting to know the staff and how caring they are to my needs, i am no longer afraid of the dentist, but look forward to going. The staff is great, and goes above and beyond to make the patient feel comfortable. I almost passed out before my cavities were to get filled. My dentist made me feel super comfortable and waited for my anxiety to go down before we continued. GREAT place, I DEFINITELY recommend them. I will be able to SMILE again because of this LOVELY staff.

Out of the previous 3 dentist I have visited in the past 5 years, Advanced Dental is far and away the best.

For starters, the ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. They didn’t have a problem helping me lookup and locate my insurance information since I didn’t have my card. I never once felt as I burdened them or was rushed, thank you.

They take their time to ensure all bases are covered and give proper explanations to any asked question. Getting appointments is not a problem and I haven’t been asked to schedule more than a week out. My previous dentist didn’t seem to mind scheduling 3 months out even if the problem was painful.

I live close and walked by yesterday having an appointment scheduled for next Friday and decided, since I had some free time, to stop and ask if they had any cancellations. To my surprise, they took me right then and there for a cleaning. Had I had enough time, they were willing to even put a few fillings in and fix a chipped tooth.

All in all I’m glad to have found Advanced Dental and plan on staying as a satisfied patient.

I hadn't been to the dentist for many, many years so the thought of finally going back knowing how much work I probably needed was dreadful. I was referred to Advanced Dental Care of Quincy by a friend and I absolutely love it here. The entire staff is so incredibly friendly and professional. Their thorough explanations of the recommended procedures allow me to feel extremly comfortable, well educated, and positive about getting the work done here. The procedures are usually quick, painless and efficient.

I don't think anyone really loves going to the dentist. I always feel nervous a few days before, but as soon as I walk in here the nervousness quickly turns into tranquility. Special shout out to Mari and Helen for being so kind. You guys make me feel like a person and not just a patient. Now I look forward to going back to the dentist!

I received care at this office for a little over a year now when they were still quality dental (now advanced dental) and I can say that the staff are amazing and a half. Due to my work, I had the most difficult dental insurance to work with but the office staff always went the extra step to make sure the payments went through. Well, I received a cleaning in December 2017 and Liz was great. Fast forward 5 months and I get a bill for my cleaning. Confused, I called my insurance who were of no help AND rude. Well I go into advanced and not only was the officr manager able to get to the bottom of it, she also was extremely accommodating. She definitely helped me calm my anxiety. And worked around my health insurance. Dentist visits are always gonna be meh, but its the staff that make it great. I recommend the staff here for sure.

Helpful staff - especially the front desk lady! My husband had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction scheduled with this clinic a few weeks ago. I would especially like to put on record the concerted efforts made by the young lady at the front desk, Bianca, who made sure we had all our follow up appointments in place. She was very polite, courteous and organized. She made us feel at ease and gave my husband ample information about the procedure and the after care. I also noticed that she kept the spirits of everyone in the waiting area, high. What a great brand ambassador. Shall come back, all thanks to her!

Have been going here for years since moving to Quincy. Everyone is great from the Dr to the assistants and the receptionists. And it's conveniently located right next to the T-Station which is a bonus. Highly recommended for all your dental needs.. 👌🏿

It was my first visit at this office, it's in a great location. Was greeted by the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was very thoughtful and careful and made my cleaning a smooth, comfortable process. Will definitely be back!

My experience at Advanced Dental Care of Quincy has been excellent. I neglected going to a dentist for many years, and had a LOT of work that needed to get done. Dr. Gazi and Dr. Addas are extremely professional, efficient, and organized. They put me at ease, and determined an action plan for me. They have been very accommodating with scheduling and get me in and out when they know I need to get back to work. I highly recommend this dental practice, i won't go anywhere where else.

This dental office is amazing the manager is awesome I called the same day and she was able to get me in on the same day for a cleaning. I had a awesome dentists who had me laughing the whole time of my dental visit his name is Imran. I recommend this place for sure if you are wondering which dental office to go with go with this one. 😁

im so happy I found Advanced Dental care of Quincy, I used to dread going to the dentist. Everyone in the office is so kind and friendly. I have alot of dental issues and they are dealing with them all. I actually look forward to going to the dentist for the first time ever.

I am usually petrified of the dentist, but I have had an amazing experience with advance dental care of quincy!! They have gone above and To accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!!

Top notch dental Care beginning right from the receptionist right on through to the dentist I lived in Quincy for a period of time and used Advanced dental and when I moved to Gardner Mass which is about 76 miles away I still make the trip to Advanced dental for all my dental care so if I'm willing to drive that far they must be something special.

Highly recommend !!! Ask for Dr.Cheng. She was nice from the beginning and listened to my concerns and walked me through the whole process before starting. Very professional and made my appointment a smooth experience. Dr.Cheng takes her time and does really good work.

This is one of the more sold professional dentist I have ever experienced. I trust this office with both my daughters dental work and have been getting work done here for the past few years and woukd recommend this office to anyone I know.. solid 5 stars from the Davidson family!

Amazing dentist. I hated the dentist from past childhood experiences but he normalized things for me. He performed great work and now I can actually smile and show my teeth. Can’t thank advanced dental enough!
