She so was helpful and understanding the entire time and did everything she could to make this work for me to get my absolute dream of a car! TJ, the general manager helped me to order the model I wanted, and Lelia, the sales manager was great to work with on the day of purchase. For someone (me) who hadn’t been through this process before, she made it easy to understand and was very enjoyable to work with. What a great experience working with Lelia! I’d been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new Ford Transit Trail, and had a short timeframe to get everything sorted out right at the end of the calendar year. Lelia not only got everything done in a matter of hours for me, but facilitated delivery options and knew the ins and outs of the electronics and associated app that can power various features on the van. I recently bought a” like new” vehicle from Alma Ford . I feel I got a very reasonable trade in and all the help I needed in getting just the right vehicle. Mike Delong is such a friendly “ people person”! I’m a senior citizen and really appreciated how he ( and TJ too!) treated me with respect and interest. This was the only second vehicle I’ve ever bought on my own, yet .everything was explained well without me feeling dumb for asking. Abby was great too. In the past I've had work done on my other car and the Service department folks go above and being for me!. This is a great place to go .

I've had work done on my truck twice in the past year, and Kolby, or Colby (not sure how to spell it), made it a very simple process. Both times, he got back to me quickly with updates on what the problems were with it and was always prepared with answers. The people here are more than willing to work with you, and even if their super busy , they can get back to you with quality updates. Best dealership service I've dealt with.

You know how it goes, you go to purchase a used or new vehicle and you want the best vehicle for the lowest price you can. Then you have to worry about the used vehicle being something that would last. And that you would have fight to get your nerves calmed and your questions answered in a way that would help with that.
Working with Trysha really helped in the experience i had here at Alma Ford. The transparency that this place has is incredible and the willingness that Trysha wasn't afraid of saying, "let me get you that answer or find someone to answer that for you" was huge. I was able to be assured for myself in my purchase and that I was able to walk away from this experience without any buyers remorse, guilt, or anything bad. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted knowing that it was a sound purchase and I couldn't be happier with the experience and Trysha's help and the transparency of Alma Ford.
