Matt and Josiah were very helpful in assisting with an exchange and making sure I was able to get the correct size and color I needed. I'd like to say customer service is fantastic here! Walked in with a fleece where the pocket was falling off which was unusual with their clothes. The cashier came over and asked if I wanted to exchange it. I picked out a new one and no questions asked walked out of the store with my brand new fleece.

Adriana was awesome! Notices what I was wearing and brought me similar items in my size from the clearance rack on her own!! Additionally, she had to make multiple calls to locate items in my size at other locations, and did so cheerfully! Awesome customer service!

This was my first time shopping in the Eddie Bauer store, Adrionna was super sweet, nice and professional!! She took her time, offered good suggestions and really listened to me regarding the coat i wanted to purchase as a gift. She helped me choose the perfect coat and even told me to text "eddie" to a number so i could receive an additional $5 off of the purchase price. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely shop there again because of Adrionna.

For all you talk chics out there, check the clearance racks. When they receive returns of tall items you will
find them there for at least 50 percent off. I am 6'2 and there stuff us long enough.

Visited this place with my sister. We took back coat she bought me for xmas to exchange for smaller size. Found a very nice burgundy one, and enjoyed my outing with her.

Gauge is your go to associate at Eddie Bauer for professional service and consultation. 🐧 The store is well laid-out (left side for men, right side for women) and their coincidental summer sale saved me some sheckles. 💰😎 I continue enjoy going to EB for my personal and professional clothing needs. 😇
