Highly recommended. We had windows replaced in our entire home. The sales process was easy and our installers were great. The installers made sure to clean up every day after they completed their installation work, went through extra steps to make sure they didn't dirty anything as they worked and were always cordial with us. When I reached back out to Pella to submit energy credit information as part of our taxes, our sales team helped to get all the information we needed for submittal.

I think Pella windows are the way to go with an older home if you want authentic looking replacement windows. Our house is 1927 and our new windows are beautiful. Dan did a great job explaining all our options. He was also up front that if you have an older home with wet plaster, you have to expect some damage. I like that fact that Pella has their own installers so there is no finger pointing. Bret and all the installers were so nice, respectful, and completely cleaned up after themselves every day. They worked hard! All the trim work was excellent also, which can really make a difference.

My sales person Daniel Boudreau is wonderful, he was very knowledgeable in what we needed with the replacement of our two sliding doors in the bedroom. Even though we took our time on deciding when to get the work done he didn’t rush us. We are very satisfied with our sliding doors and installation was great!! We are definitely contacting Daniel when we’re ready for new windows in other areas of our home.

I had a very pleasant experience buying new windows through Pella. Dan Boudreau helped guide me through the window-buying process and listened to my needs and concerns. He also walked me through available financing options. The two gentlemen that came out to install my new windows were also very friendly and professional. Everything looks great! Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use Pella again!

We have had both our back door and front door replaced with Pella. We had Pella Dan come out and help us pick out the best fit/option for the door replacements. We couldn’t have been happier. The back door is a sliding glass door with a sliding screen and built in blinds. Our front door was replaced with a beautiful door and storm door. Every portion of this process was done with care and professionalism. Once the door was installed we had an incident where we broke a piece. We mentioned it and they helped us right away with getting it fixed. Terrific customer service!

Have been a fan of Pella windows and their representative, Dan Boudreau, for the past 20 years. Pella manufactures a quality product and Dan makes the window & door replacement process easy & efficient. His involvement doesn’t stop at the sale. He follows up and makes sure the entire process is completed properly. I highly recommend Pella windows & doors because of their quality product and quality installation and Pella is fortunate to have Dan Boudreau as their representative!

We moved into our house 7 years ago and our 47 windows were in rough shape, so this was not a quick investment decision. I spent much time having companies out for quotes/sales pitches ( Weatherguard, Wallside, Majic, and couple other.) They claimed their product was the best and most said don’t waste your time with Anderson or Pella as they are way more expensive and not worth the price. Some tried to get me to do pocket insert windows instead of installing them the right way. However, when looking at these companies products and the price I could not envision them in my house and if I did I could see myself being disappointed with my selection. Also, some did that sales pitch by giving you a price and then making a phone call to lower the price magically by 10-15K. You lose me when you have to pull out your phone to call someone. I was fed up with finding windows that were the right quality for the price so I said lets check out the companies I’m being told to avoid.

So I went into the Pella showroom in Auburn Hills. The ladies there were great. I got to look at their products and finally felt good about windows again. They said we sell vinyl, fiberglass and wood and can tell you about the qualities of each. So I had them send a sales guy out.

The sales guy, Ryan McLean turned out to be better than expected and was great. He explained all three kinds of windows with the pluses and minuses. He was honest and to the point with everything.

Besides having great products, the installation is key. I was lucky to get Brett’s Installation team. It took them almost 4 days to install all my windows and front door. These guys exemplified great craftsmanship, very friendly, and showed care in everything they did. If you can get them, I would highly recommend them.

During the delivery of my windows one got broken. Pella was on it and reordered it. I got it installed 6 weeks later. I was concerned about the installers since there were a different team and will the installation be the same quality. This team of Sean and Jake kept up the same standards that Bretts team set with the original installation of my other 45 windows.

Ryan McLean has been there to answer any questions throughout the entire process. Just a text away. He cared and was involved with the process from the beginning until the very end.

Overall, everyone I have dealt with at the Auburn Hills Pella location has been absolutely wonderful. I have had my Pella windows for 8 weeks now and love them. But I truly want to point out that I have nothing but great things to say about this group (Ryan, Brett's Team, Sean and Jake Team, and the ladies at the office) and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Dan made the process of buying from pella simple and easy. He answered all of our questions and had a quick response time. I would buy from pella again and go through Dan. The windows seem to be good so far and have kept the house a lot warmer.

When choosing a company to do work to your home is one you hope will not be a risky decision and all will go well. We decided to choose Pella. It was a little more expensive of the competitors, but the quality of product is better. The experience was great, Starting with the consultation with the sales team being honest and working to meet our needs and budget all the way through install. The install team - Jacob and his crew were phenomenal. Each individual were extremely polite, professional, courteous and very attentive to being respectful of our home and a pleasure to have meet. They removed and replaced 2 sliding glass door walls and did a unbelievable job. Quality of work and attention to detail by them was a well welcomed relief. I did not have to worry about them cutting corners during the jobs. They themselves held a high level of detail to work as they were performing the task during take out of the old doors and framing, insuring they did not damage the surrounding interior walls or exterior Cedar siding. I was very curious and interested during the job in the details of some of the removal and install as both doors had a different situation and needed its own unique attention to complete. They took the time, (knowing they were to maintain a time schedule to complete) and never treated the questions as a bother and they patiently explained and answer my curiosity politely. The finished craftsmanship and appearance were impressive. Choosing Pella and the crew that supported the job was a fantastic choice. I am confident to know the quality installation by Jacob and his crew will support a good quality product and will last.

We had 2 Pella casement windows installed last week. Sales person Brian did a great job, always pleasant and knowledgeable.
Installers Jake, Josh and crew were punctual and courteous. Performed the install and had me go over each window and willing to make an extra effort to ensure I was satisfied. Jake also took the time to show me how to take the windows apart so I could clean them. I appreciate their above and beyond effort!

Dan Boudreau at Pella was wonderful. He was on top of the installation, checked in several times to see if there were any issues. We have used Dan in the past and went right back to him when we wanted do do the rest of our windows. I highly recommend him. The installation crew we had were very nice and professional. They did a great job of cleaning up, again would want them to come back if we needed more windows.

I had two beautiful, big bay windows put in and Pella Dan did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure from start to finish with a thorough explanation of what was to be done and how it would be done. They were very clean and careful with my property, inside and out. There was no pressure in the sale, which was greatly appreciated, and Dan even drove by a couple of months later to make sure everything was still looking. Great. No more steamed up and wet bay windows in the winter. So nice. Highly recommend.

We had Andersen Windows installed in our home in 2005. Two oversized casement windows began sagging and no longer opened and a large fixed center window developed a leak. We first received a quote from Renewal by Andersen that was (very) high.

We then called Pella and rep Dan Boudreau came to our home and provided us a few great options with comprehensive estimates for each. We made a quick decision and he got us on-the-spot financing with 0% interest. The new Pella windows came to $1,000 less than Renewal's and the free financing. Not only that, their awesome installers did gorgeous Craftsman-style framing that Renewal wanted an extra $1,000 to do – plus Renewal would have required us to do the finish painting ourselves. In the end we saved $2K and got superior quality windows and screens by using Pella.

From start to finish – from sales rep Dan to the guy doing measurements to the top-notch installers – we were very satisfied with our service and the quality of the windows. 5-Stars all around!

If you want a good quality, custom made door that will last, go with Pella. Starting off with receiving our in-home consultation with Daniel Boudreau, the customer service was exemplary. He was timely, communicative, knew his products and explained them well and was always available to answer any followup questions in a very timely manner. Lead times given for completion of the door wall install were spot on which made planning very simple. Start to finish we knew what to expect. The little things were taken into account, for instance when measurements for the new door were taken, they adjusted the depth of the framing to cover the old previous caulk lines on the exterior brick. The door trim also had to be profiled and custom made to match existing trim. Finally, on the day of install, the team sent had definitely done this before, they were in and out within a few hours, not leaving a trace behind that they were there. Go with Pella, you won’t be disappointed.
