Starbucks

I love them already. They’re still new to everything since it’s only been like a week, but I’ve gone almost everyday since and they’re always so nice and answer any questions I have about different drinks. They even remade my cold brew for free when I said I went home with one that didn’t taste right. Didn’t even hesitate to fix it. I absolutely love Starbucks, I’m so happy we have one in Alliance!

I didn’t get there names but they gave me some samples of there cake pops the guy and girl that were working were so nice and work really well together they need a dollar raise alright! This customer was very satisfied

Is always on point and consistently perfect. Today I was having trouble choosing because of the new fall flavor options and the staff member was right there to share his experience with the flavors he has tried and enjoyed. I got a great recommendation and an even greater cup of coffee. Happy Halloween Nebraska 🎃

The staff was well trained and polite, service was pretty fast despite them being very busy when I was there. The kitchen area was very clean, and the merchandise in front of the counter was not too cluttered - I was able to maneuver my shopping cart around just fine while placing an order and then waiting for it.

One drawback is that you cannot use the Starbucks app for anything (you cannot order ahead, can't scan to pay, can't scan for stars) despite them having signs all over the counter insisting that you should totally use the app. Huge oversight. I guess you have to link your debit card to the app account or something in order to get rewards?

I always have an amazing expierience when Alyssa and Jodi are working. Those girls always have a friendly smile, and quick service. I just love the enviroment.
