Had a stress-free experience buying a new phone and necessary accessories. Michelle was wonderful to work with. She had returned my call, I told her what I wanted, she ordered it and I went in today to get it set up. Very easy and she is friendly and knowledgeable. All the young ladies at this retailer are friendly and you have no problem trusting them. I would enthusiastically recommend this store 100%! Thanks Michelle!

Michelle was helpful beyond anything I have experienced concerning customer service in years. My mother and I went in to see about updating her iPhone. Michelle was so patient and gave us several options. She even got my mother set up with a new IPhone XS and an Apple Watch. My family has done business with her for several years and we followed her to this Verizon location. She’s super informed on all the promos and pricing options and able to explain them in layman’s terms. She’s a gem and has earned our continued loyalty.

It took a long time to transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone. They did everything they could to speed up the process. Michelle stayed later, & brought the phone to my house all set up & ready to go. She & her other associate were very knowledge about the phone & the different Verizon plans.

Candy was a great help getting my daughter set up with a gizmo watch. Everything is working as expected. It was a great experience over the phone and I was able to just pop into the store and pick up the watch. We love having the store so close and convenient.

At our local Verizon store I had the best service ever. Ashley gave the best customer service I have ever had at a Verizon store. She not only helped me find what I needed, she double checked to be certain. Thank you, Ashley!

Great place to do business very helpful and they do all they can to get you on your way. Little short on help but you get service with a smile. We had screen savers put on We were out in 10 minutes. Very nice workers

Great staff, friendly and put you first. Megan helped me out a lot in setting up my new phone after mine went on the fritz. I enjoyed talking with her while the set up and screen protectant set.
