Fast and Efficient! They have the self ordering kiosks. I stopped ordered, grabbed my food and was back on the road quickly!

On a road trip, we drove through this town and decided to go through the drive thru here when nothing else was around or open, and we were so glad we did! The line moved extremely quickly and efficiently. And every person on staff was super friendly - we definitely left smiling! Thanks for a great drive thru experience!

We ordered a couple of big mac's and fries. The young lady behind the cash register was so charming and friendly. She brought our order to the table and thanked us again. Restaurant was very clean. When we come to that town again we will stop.

I have to leave a positive review. They gave me my food for free because the app wasn't working and I'm very appreciative of it. This location does have the tendency to mess up orders but given the young staff and how picky my family is I'm willing to forgive it for how nice they are

The McDonald's in West Point, Nebraska is imo 1 of the best. I've been stop there on my way to Omaha since I was a child. I truly have never had anything bad to say about this McDonald's branch.

I got my double cheeseburgers to go when I unwrapped in there was ketchup fall over even on top of the bun got it through the drive-thru window and didn't even get napkins

Trash was overflowing in all bins. As you walk bye you can see behind counters filthy rags and trash on floors where employees stand to take orders.

Very nice and polite people working here.. I would give them a 7-star rating but Google only goes to 5... I can't remember whom it was that I spoke to. Though she wished me good travels.. Sometimes that's all I need. 🏄☺🙋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

People go to McDonald's because they love McDonald's! Always a great stop for something quick or taking out the whole family!
