I had the MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with LIBBY at Hastings Federal Credit Union!!! I have been shopping for a better automobile finance rate during these crazy times. By Far - Libby was able to come up with the BEST Rate and her explanations, knowledge, and Extremely Kind Customer Service was the Top of the Bar!!!

HFCU is the best. I have banked here 35 years!!! From Jaime on down!! Each employee deserves credit for running the HFCU beyond excellence than any other bank in town. I would not go anywhere else. Even got a family member to change from her bank due to inappropriate dealings with them!!! FYI... asking her what she was going to do with HER MONEY!!!

I've been banking there for over 20 years. I've gotten to know them over the years and they've always been willing to help me with loans, IRS's, checking, etc.

Great bank and people. I have banked with them since I was 18 and am 52 now. I've tried other banks and always had my account here which I am grateful I never closed because I always returned.

There the best bank I've ever been with if I have any problem there on top of it for me.

Nice private Hometown Bank, great service and friendly tellers. The only drawback is since it is more of a private bank the debit card or ATM card is limited to where you can use it.

Very easy to work with.when I got divorced 30+ years ago they gave me a car loan. I have done business there since. They know you when you come in.
