What an amazing place to visit today, coming from a very low place , to receive some desperately needed help. Pam, and Dr.Haswell; listened, and asked questions… instead of assuming anything. They addressed all of my concerns and needs, with haste. I immediately felt comfortable in their hands and look forward to growing, and healing with the treatment plan they’ve assembled for me. Thank you so much to all of the staff, you are a genuine God-Send in these rough waters. I can not thank you all enough🙏

My family and I have been going to Bassett for years and have been very happy with the services they provide. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. We see Tiffany Rivenburgh NP, and I must comment on her thoroughness and how she goes the extra mile to make sure you feel taken care of. It is nice to have such wonderful medical care so close to home.

Nurses, front of house medical schedulers, and phlebotomist were 5/5 amazing, and kind!

As for the doctors and medical practitioners, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism, stigmatizing substance misuse and alarming lack of compassion. Thankfully I went to Syracuse, my symptoms were FINALLY believed and I got my autoimmune diagnosis.

If you’ve got elementary medical issues perhaps basset Sherburne would work, if you’re seeking a diagnosis I’d go to a more sophisticated, and informed facility. Save the time, money, and energy!

The staff never submits our bills to tricare on time. We have to make numerous calls to make sure the bill is submitted properly. The clerks are rude. They hang up on customers.
