John did a terrific job getting my bike back on the road. Excellent service, very professional and friendly. I do a lot of cycling in this area and am very happy to have found a place where I can confidently take my bikes for service.

Very nice bicycle shop with a good selection of high-quality bikes from kids to adult, and moderately-priced to high-end. Excellent, friendly, personalized service. John, the owner, is always happy to do any kind of repair, no matter how big or small, on any bike--whether you bought it there or not, usually while you wait. Highly recommended!

Catskill Cycleworks Rocks!! Jon keeps my older mountain bikes spinning like new and I've purchased an excellent mountain bike from CC, as well. I ride everyday all year round and I'm a challenge for any bicycle mechanic to contend with, I'm sure. Having such an awesome bicycle shop local is beyond an asset to the community and I highly recommend anyone in need of a new bicycle or bicycle repair to visit.

I stopped into Catskill CycleWorks with a wheel "quick release" lever issue. John was friendly and helpful. He immediately recognized the problem and fixed it as I waited. As a result, I didn't miss the start of my planned ride. I appreciated his good business attitude and technical skill. Catskill Cycle will be THE bike shop I go to for a bike or service.

I recently had an issue with my bike and called the shop. Jon answered and helped me out immediately.. he asked me to swing by with the bike. He took a look at what was wrong and got me moving again quickly. The shop is awesome and I will certainly be buying my next bike(s) from Them!

I brought in a trek 1200 and john brought it back to life, pricing was transparent and fare the hourly rate was reasonable. All in all it made for a very professional head ache free experience.
