I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Brittany one of the Customer Contact Specialist from Generations Bank, and I must say, the experience was phenomenal! From start to finish, the service provided was nothing short of exceptional, earning my wholehearted 5-star rating.

I would like to give a very positive review for Joyce Archer in your Seneca Falls corporate offices. I have known and worked with Joyce for many years as the Geneva branch manager and now in your main office. Recently, she assisted in obtaining bank information for me. I am Power of Attorney for an elderly gentleman in a nursing home and needed his past account information. She arranged to have that transferred to Geneva so I could pick it up. And just today I was questioning a rule that was told to me by one of the Geneva staff. After my email, Joyce took the time to call me and clarify the situation. The Geneva teller was accurate, and with Joyce's explanation, it made perfect sense. I applaud her for her people skills as well as having the knowledge to assist your customers. Our Family business has done business with a number of banks over the years. Some large national (BofA, JP Morgan) Some Big Canandaigua/Rochester Regional banks, some credit unions. This bank is by far the best. They take time to listen to you and treat you less like a number and more like a customer. If you like banking the way it used to be done, Bank with Generations.

Good customer service, wide variety of products at fair rates. Less / lower fees than the big banks. Locally headquartered and easier to reach the person you need. Have had 99% of my banking here for years and problems are rare. When there has been one it is easily and quickly resolved.

Great Bank. Local personal service. Online banking is OK. Better than large impersonal banks where you are just a number. If you are honest with them, they are honest with and help you. Rates a little higher than credit unions, but on par with local regional banks. Good bank
